Perfect location, wonderful staff
Reviewed By Diane CThis is the third time we've stayed here (mum and daughter). The staff are friendly and attentive, the buffet breakfast is vast and held in a beautiful glass fronted area overlooking the street. A few minutes from the beach, shops, bars, and the pier for boat trips. The outside looks lush and green with many plants, the reception is ornate blue and white. (My only negative comment is that the shower rooms are tiny.) We love the Santa Lucia!

Good but room improvements needed
Reviewed By Arch_129The hotel is in a fantastic location. Just a 4 min walk to the beach with loads of lovely restaurants, bars and shops along the way. The room was spacious and clean but there a few issues. 1. NO POWER POINTS!!! we literally had to unplug the lamp on the desk to house a uk adapter in to charge phones etc. it was inconvenient not having sockets next to the bed that would accommodate a uk adapter. We got used to it of course.. 2. Noisy. As per other reviews, our room (492) faced the street do you hear the street cleaners in the morning. The walls are paper thin so we could hear families in the room next to us. The fridge makes a really irritating whirling noise, like a gale force wind literally all night. 3. The waterfall shower head is tricky to figure out. We got it to work after a lot of random tugging etc. 4. The house keeping was great in that the v room was always made when we returned but strangely a wine glass we used on day 1 was still there by day 5 and never cleaned away. 5. The hair dryer is terrible. I’m used to hotels having poor hair dryers so took my own (had to unplug the phone and adapter at the desk to n use it) 6. The pool area is clean but only one member of staff the whole day. You can’t eat at the sun lounger and need to eat at a table. Drinks are only brought to you if v you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger on the ground floor so ac real pain if you are on the terraces. 7. Breakfast is excellent. Constantly topped up and loads of choice of fruit, cakes, breads, cheese, cooked breakfast and cereals. Really lovely. 8. Front desk staff are really efficient and friendly and helpful. Out return transfer was delayed and they were really helpful in chasing the company up for us. We loved Minori and the hotel overall was good but some improvements in the room would be great.,

Dispone di 30 camere, appena ristrutturate, aria condiziona, televisione con digitale terrestre, bagno privato, frigobar, fono, cassaforte, internet point. La colazione viene servita al buffet in apposita sala, mentre il pranzo e la cena sono serviti in un'altra sala, tutti i venerdì sera cena a lume di candela e musica dal vivo. Il fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel è la cucina, con piatti tipici di pesce.

Reviewed By 331enricocThe Hotel 7Bello is a family run hotel in a strategic based in Minori, Amalfi. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is nice and relaxing. The owner is always willing to help and they can find you a spot in the beach. Last but not least, the room are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Reviewed By Thomas GThe hotel is right next to the bay of Minori, although it is quite a walk up to the hotel. The service was very sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The room was small, but had everything you need, so it was good. The most amazing part was the view of the bay. It was absolutely stunning. Overall we had a very good stay at Vingius.

Reviewed By JelenaP279Fully frustration. We had to cancel booking without any refunding ... the place was dirty and not tourist oriented. They offered go by steps to the center for my mum (67 old) in 34 C or wait a bus ( one during two hours)

Noisy Location , Bad Service
Reviewed By miss_m1111The traffic noise is very loud, I’m not usually bothered by noises at night, but this is crazy, feels like a bus I’m will come crashing through the wall at any minute. The hotel is on the busiest main road that connects the Amalfi Coast. You have taxis, scooters, buses and many ambulances with their sirens going past at all hours. I wore headphones every night to drown out the noise ; which is a first for me. The owners are very unfriendly, even rude. They are constantly shouting at each other from different areas of the hotel. Upon check in they offered minimal information. All but 1 latches / locks on my windows were broken, which made me a little uncomfortable being a lone female traveller. The bath towels were similar to a tea towels. Many many stairs to get to rooms, so if you have any mobility issues this would not be the hotel for you. The only positive was the air conditioning was so cold!!! It was beautiful as the days were very hot. Whilst the prices are very cheap here, I know you can get similar prices with better facilities and service nearby, I booked last minute so my choices were very limited, I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was quite big, and the beds were nice. Our only remark was little noice from the street, but one can expect this from a hotel in the middle of a wonderful town. When we are in the area in the future, we will be staying here again!

Great hotel - even better hospitality
Reviewed By readmymind03Antonio and his team really make this hotel special - he was able to make great recommendations for trips around the local area and nothing was too much trouble for him. The rooms are great, the bathrooms are lovely and clean and the terrace is perfect for breakfast in the sun.

Reviewed By Soulboy1974We stayed here recently and we could not of liked it any more. It’s quiet and just a 5 minute stroll from the bars and restaurants which is perfect and really peaceful. The hosts Simeone and his parents are really friendly and will make you feel really welcome straight away. We will return someday and stay again and sit in the lovely garden amongst the lemon trees just to chill like last time! I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. .
