You are only about 3 blocks from the Main Street you Have a super market 3 doors down from the hotel for all your groceries, when you enter the grounds of the Hotel it’s like a oasis!!!! Palm trees,flowers,palapas,Beautiful swimming pool,and much more amenities,clean rooms,great beds,wonderful staff,I highly recommend this gem !!!

Reviewed By carrieanneartSome good some not so good features. We stayed at Laguna del Tule in the winter of 2017/2018 and then used the facilities also in 2019. As a guest of the bungalows we enjoyed being so close to the Pacific, the crashing waves are glorious. The incessant sound of dueling boom boxes however was unbearable. Many nights we were awoken by loud drunken parties on the pool deck. Speaking of pools, they are freezing cold! The beds are fairly comfortable and staff attentive but management is glaringly arrogant and treats staff poorly. If you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway this is NOT the place. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, open air on the beach but the food is terrible. One more warning: the concrete walkways and patio are very slippery when wet and they insist on hosing it down ALL DAY. being that most of the guests are older it is extremely dangerous.

Great place to stay
Reviewed By Paul BI am here for 5 months. Nice friendly little place, easy walk to restaurants and beach, both pools are immaculate. Air conditioning costs an extra $100 US a month, but electricity is really expensive in Mexico and you do it some months. I would be Ok without it, but my menopausal wife was not. Beds were too hard for me, but I just bought a piece of foam to add and they were fine. Good value by the month. Only costs me $50 US a month more than I was paying at a nearby RV Park. The owners are super friendly and really hard working. Love it here, will be back each year.

Reviewed By Linda MI stayed in the casita, I that’s what they called it. It was new and wonderful. I liked the pool, the sheltered patio, the security and the friendly staff. Wonderful balcony off the bedroom. I had a terrific stay and will be going back again this year.

Peace at the beach
Reviewed By Terry ZOnce I spotted the white Adirondack chairs on the giant verandah from the beach I knew I wanted to stay there. This is an older hotel. Nice pool at the front of the courtyard, fantastic beach at the back. There is a shared kitchen with many stove tops available,a full sized fridge in your own room. There are nice tables and chairs to enjoy you meal on. The room I have is very basic. It does have both a fan and an air conditioner. Bed and pillows ok. Linens and towels pretty bad but not stained. Staff are very responsive. Not much English spoken but with my negligible Spanish everything was dealt with nicely.(I had some issues figuring out how things worked.) I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking budget beachfront. Great location!

You can do better
Reviewed By nealabThe bungalows are a total dive. I liked the location, the pool, the caretakers, and other people there, however all of that couldn’t overcome the dinginess of the place. I don’t think it has ever been upgraded, the burners on the gas stove were so burned out, I couldn’t even boil water. The fan switch sparked whenever turning it on. It’s cheap, and if that’s all you can afford, then stay. I will never stay there again.
