Reviewed By utkarshsharma1398Probably one of the best Radisson properties I have stayed at in India. The rooms were excellent and the service was also great. Really enjoyed with my family. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Overall had a great experience with family and would surely come back again.

Reviewed By abhisheksinghal82This was a first time stay at this hotel, influenced majorly by a local colleague who was full of praise for this hotel and it's food in particular. I usually have stayed here at Radisson or A hotel which have been good experiences. I checked in around 11pm and was impressed to see family crowd in large numbers at the hotel which spoke of its importance locally. The staircase to the hotel was too steep and was unfriendly for disabled or old people.. infact the hotel had a lot of staircases even while walking which didn't have ramps along making it totally unfriendly for old/ disabled visitors. Impressive was automatic upgrade in the room category and was highly impressed with the reception staff and the room.. huge, luxurious and opulent.. bathroom was a delight too.. Unimpressive was pillow quality on such a great bed and high linen quality, sleep wasn't all that great coz of pillow.. bathroom as I said was a delight however the hot water supply was intermittent and the shower was thus totally non enjoyable and had to be cut short coz of this after a tiring day.. breakfast was fresh, high quality and tasty although limited menu but was made quite in detail.. checkout was smooth too, staff was good as well.. Pillow quality and hot water problem made me deduct a rating point and needs to be addressed please. Plus points for room quality, food and location.. will stay once more and decide then to be back at Radisson or continue here in future.
