Reviewed By KVS_80I think this is one of the best in lachen. The staff is very cordial and do their best in such challenging conditions. Food is good too and they provide packed breakfast for early morning gurudongmar lake visit. Room heaters and bed warmer are a real blessing. Of course they don't work of there is a paper cut which is understandable. There is quite a bit of climbing to your rooms and certainly not suited for elderly or someone who has issues with climbing. We loved our stay here.

Reviewed By reluc_traveller1Very shabby place. No cleanliness at all. It should not be called a hotel. More like a Dharamshala. Staff was polite though. Food was okayish. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. There is nothing "grand" about it.

Reviewed By 123guddiThere is no proper lounge for the guest. The washrooms are not properly maintained There were leakages in a few washrooms. There is no room service My room was on the first floor and I had to go down for a cup of tea at 5.00 in the morning. I was told by the person in charge to go down myself to have a cup of tea. I had booked a super Delux room but was alloted a normal room. The rate of the room was expensive as compared to the facilities provided in the hotel. There is no wardrobe in the room to keep the clothes inside

Reviewed By Deepthi DIn a remote village like Lachen, this hotel offered comfort stay. The valey view from our hotel room was awesome. The staff were very cuteous, especially the front desk manager. The food was basic and very tasty. Overall like the stay very much here.

Reviewed By Shirish SHotel was reffered as deluxe but it has just basic staying facility. It is sub-standard. The services were poor. Staff was friendly but totally non professional. dining area was pathetic food was just basic. Think twice before you book this hotel.

VEG people have to suffer for food. they forced tourist to eat what they have made. if u offered to pay extra money still not providing your order. ''yahi milenga khana he to khao'' this type of sentence used by them. pathetic to stay over there. never stay at there.
