Reviewed By GillboyI only stayed a night here, but ,was satisfied with everything. The location is very central and there are lots of small shops nearby. The staff do not speak English but i managed with my basic Russian. The room was very spacious with two separate rooms each with a single bed. It was very clean. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant. I had a cream chicken dish there for dinner and it was very good. The breakfast in the same restaurant was quite limited, but i think that was because i arrived early. If you are looking for a good value mid range hotel in Kyzylorda then this place is a good option.

There were so many unpleasant incidents, that I do not know what would be the best to start with. I am forced to stay there as this is the closest hotel to my office. Besides it is new. The positive trend is in their review of approach re breakfast concept.

Очень удобное место для командировочных, чтобы сконцентрироваться на работе без лишнего шума и беспокойства! Позволяют бесплатно остаться в номере на пару лишних часов. При необходимости делают трансфер, что для таким маленьких отелей обычно редкость.

Reviewed By Peechthere is no elevator in this low-rise, so someone - either staff or yourself - will have to carry your luggage up the flight(s) of stairs. room is spacious, but mine smelled like someone's body odor. Wifi is free but can be excruciatingly slow depending on the time of day. TV channels are all local/Russian. Bathroom has nice toiletries, and a high-tech shower stall with rain shower and different nozzles. It even has lights, fans, and a radio. Surprisingly neither the Terrace Nomad nor the Lounge offer many local dishes. Most are "Western" like pizza, pasta, steak...etc.

Reviewed By alimulyСлабый напор воды, очень слабый, когда включаете кран в первый раз, то не удивляйтесь ржавой воде из крана, но дальше вроде такого не повторяется, но напор воды большая проблема. В первое посещение в номере, который мне предоставили мусорное ведро было заполнено бутылками от пива и презервативами, номер был не готов. Проживал в общей сложности за два заезда около 10 дней, и за эти 10 дней так и не сменили лампочку в уборной, которая жутко моргала, не заменили лампочку в самой комнате, которая тоже моргала и не поменяли перегоревшую. Взяли в залог паспорт и не отдавали его по требованию, очень опасная практика, хотя это запрещено законодательством. Пришлось вызывать полицию, все это время то ли начальник, то ли кто, не представилась кто она именно по долдности, имя Асель Болатовна, кричала и не могла себя в руках сдержать, после визита полиции и написанного заявления, паспорт был благополучно возвращён. Завтраки отдельная тема, не ждите от завтрака ничего особенного, каждый день, на протяжении 10 суток проживания за два заезда, завтрак ни разу не менялся, всё те же два яйца глазуньи с сосиской, стакан сока, йогурт, выпечка с кусочком плавленного сыра. Отдельной истории заслуживает WiFi, который практически не работает, постоянно обрывы, скорее всего из-за узкого канала, короче, заселяясь в этот отель не стоит надеяться на то, что у вас получится беспрепятственно поработать за ноутбуком. У отеля есть особенность, это работающий в пятницу субботу бар, ночной клуб Escobar, не надейтесь уснуть раньше 4 часов утра без беруш, вы в полной мере вкусите прелести танцевальной музыки, шумоизоляция слабая. При открытом окне не открывайте и не закрывайте резко двери в санузел, потолок там из себя представляет пластиковые пластины (не знаю даже, как их назвать) золотистого цвета, которые от образовавшейся турбулентности будут жить своей жизнью, не бойтесь это не полтергейст. Очень печально в Кызылорде с гостиницами))))
