Vishwas are very good. it doesn't have AC but you really don't need it. cottages are very comfortable, specious, near and clean. good bathrooms. the area has mosquitoes in the evening but the Allout solves the mosquito issues. the best area we liked is the balcony facing the tea garden, bamboos etc. bamboo chairs in the balcony are quite comforting. good quality was good. being vegetarian, the variety available was quite less: but that was quite okay for us. attitude of staff is excellent, quite service oriented and humble. we would love to visit here again

Great Property and good location
Reviewed By SameerhalaneyI loved the 2 night stay and enjoyed delicious food. Good service provided by Montu daka and Mounuddin who served us food. Spacious room well maintained and clean bathroom. Nice swimming pool and gardens with lots of flowers. We hame made some good memories here thank you Smita who assisted us to do the bookings from the Guwahati office.

Reviewed By Paradise19933027540We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights, and it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences that I have ever experienced. 1. The AC was not working, it was just blowing air, no cooling whatsoever, the manager in-charge ignored out repeated requests to get it checked and kept saying that this is what it is. It was humid outside, and it was warm in the room with no proper ventilation. 2. The bathrooms were stinking, and dint seem like they were cleaned properly before we checked in. 3. Restaurant food, at 8:30 PM we ordered chicken tikka for dinner, the chicken was stale and hard since it was over fried, after complaining they got use the same chicken with some onion garnishing and told us that they will not be able to replace the food as the kitchen is closed and we will have to eat what is served. 4. Power back up, there is no automatic power back up, the power keeps switching on and off quite often and once it goes off it takes 10-15 mins for them to switch on the generator, which is quite a nuisance. Having said al this there were a couple of people who were friendly and tried their best to help, the management needs to take these things seriously and fix them ASAP.

Better call before checkin
Reviewed By puneethg78I had booked this hotel one month in advance through goibibo. Called the hotel 2 days before my checkin date (May 13th, 2022) and they informed me that they have some issue with their system and my booking is not showing up in their system. I had to call goibibo who refunded my payment promptly and I booked another hotel.
