Good location, spacious rooms but most amenities dysfunctional and in need of repair
Reviewed By PreetiC158The hotel gets full points for its convenient location and spacious rooms. I was here to attend a marriage and needed a place to stay with the family. The Bed was comfy and king size , though one pillow did not have a pillow cover. Sadly, our hot and cold AC was not working properly nor was the bathroom light working. They provided Tea making kits but No electric kettle ! The room did not look well dusted either. The staff was helpful and did fix most of the things but the promised hot water in the chilling weather was still quite cold in the evening , in the morning we did get hot water. They have room service and dining room too , an elevator is available which is good if you have luggage or bad knees. In Peak Covid times , they insisted on masks but most of their own staff wasn't wearing masks , nor did they provide sanitizers at reception or check vaccination certificates. For a business hotel , I did not find any garment hangers in the wardrobe or any stationary in the room. At the price I paid I have had far better rooms even in five star hotels !

Reviewed By Nick13071989Poor staff. No welcome kit. Shower is not working properly. No bucket and mug for bathroom. No drinking water in room. Toilet paper was not there. Room Phone was not working. Dusty room. Bed sheet was not ok.

Marvellous rooms, exceptionaly well maintained property and very well behaved staff. Even the room service boy was very well mannered. Loved the stay, although stayed there for only one night. Good parking for cars, well sanitized washrooms, clean white Lenins and very tasty food. I give it 10-on-10 rating.

Reviewed By ViralAryaIt was a good experience with Hotel Kanha. We stayed at this hotel for a short period during our visit to Moteshwar Mahadev Jyotirlinga, Kashipur. Rooms a bit small but sufficient for two people with cleanliness. Bathroom also equipped with basic facilities like geyser etc. Hotel staff was also good and humble. Location was excellent it just opposite the Kashipur Junction Railway Station.

This beautiful homestay villa includes 4 deluxe double room with attached washrooms with the best balcony view along with the terrace with the view of Himalayan mountains valley covered with snow. And the best part of this homestay is the kitchen, where you can cook anything by yourself provided with best amenities or you can order home cooked food which is freshly prepared with all the love and care from the care taker.And let me tell you, the owner is so generous and friendly that you doesn’t feel like a guest and they treat you like their own family members. I’ve visited Gajriya temple near Koshi river, enjoyed snowfall in Nainital and have visited Jim Corbett Wildlife National Park where we happened to have spotted tiger that day luckily, one of the best trip I’ve ever had. Yes, I can say that it’s very convenient and economic for me to stay in this Homestay to visit all these beautiful places. It’s more like a home, which truly goes with the name of the property “Narains Homestay”.

Reviewed By AmanK1045My experience of one day at this hotel indicates that this is not a great hotel. When I stopped here at night, I felt like I was in forest. I was asking myself whether the hotel is or the forest. There is also a lack of facilities along with dirt. There is a lack of help.
