Огромный пляж в 15 минутах ходьбы, супермаркет в 5 минутах. До хороших кафе с местной кухней 10 минут. Мы отдыхаем большой семьей - я, муж, дочка почти 4 года и бабушка, поэтому выбрали самые большие апартаменты на верхнем этаже с огромным балконом с суперским видом на море. Апартаменты очень просторные, отдельная спальня с двуспальной кроватью, две кровати и диван в гостиной. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым - плита, микроволновка, чайник, большой холодильник, посуда на все случаи жизни, даже посудомойка. Ванная комната большая, с ванной, все удобно устроено, ничего не подтекает. Водонагреватель работает исправно. Хозяева - Марко и его супруга - очень приветливые и гостеприимные, отлично говорят по-английски, всегда готовы помочь во всех вопросах. Семья Марко - коренные жители этой деревни, рядом с нашими апартаментами стоят ещё один их дом в традиционном стиле, вокруг оливковая роща, сад огород - ощущение, что ты прикоснулся к размеренной, настоящей жизни Черногории. Когда мы приехали, нас встречала очень добрая собака, ретривер Леа, и общительные котики) По сравнению даже с небольшим Петровацем, здесь гораздо спокойнее и тише, а уж Будва с пригородами превратилась в какое-то туристическое безумие - высотные отели, море машин и людей. В Midzor Apartments можно действительно отдохнуть от суеты и толчеи. В то же время, легко добраться до любой точки на машине. Мы ездили в Бар, Старый Бар, Свети Стефан, Пераст, Будву - без проблем. А еще можно хоть каждый вечер ходить по тропочке в монастырь Градиште, он почти над апартаментами, сидеть там на теплой каменной скамейке, слушать цикад, смотреть на горы и море. Для меня это идеальное место, если в Черногорию - то только в Midzor Apartments!

Reviewed By polinas594Жили в этом отеле два раза, оба раза по месяцу большими компаниями. Жили в несезон, поэтому отель был весь наш. Номера чистые, мебель хорошая, есть полноценная кухня. Бассейн теплый, вечером закрывается куполом, что удобно, не надо волноваться за детей. До моря близко, по ровной прямой. Кафе и продуктовые тоже рядом. Очень понравились администраторы гостиницы Катя и Дима. Душевные люди, всегда всё подскажут, устраивают очень вкусные барбекю и бургер пати для постояльцев. До виллы Дельфин мы жили в двух других местах и вилла дает 100 очков вперед

Reviewed By Jozef CApartmánový dom je približne 800 m od pláže Buljarica. Privítali nás príjemní domáci, ktorí splnili všetko o čo sme požiadali. Z domu je nádherný výhľad smerom k pláži. Izby boli čisté, nechýbala fungujúca klimatizácia. Negatívom bola chýbajúca mikrovlnka v kuchyni a blízkosť hlavnej cesty - v noci dosť rušivé pri otvorenom okne. Malý supermarket vzdialený do 10 min. pešo. Dostatočne silné wi-fi.

It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony overlooking the sea and free Wi-Fi in public areas.Each apartment and studio is traditionally furnished and has a kitchenette with kitchenware and a refrigerator. Mosquito nets, wooden floors and a private bathroom are provided as well.The Castellamare has a bar and a restaurant serving traditional and international dishes, alongside local drinks. Meals are also served on the sunny terrace. On request, breakfast is served on the room.A garden is at guests’ disposal. Guests can make use of the on-site laundry facility.The coastal town Petrovac is 1.5 km away. Free private parking is available at the guest house.
Bit of bad luck
Reviewed By Izabella PWe were very excited to arrive to this place, especially as it was our first time in Montenegro. The location of the hotel is good, although the path leading to the sea shore is filled with litter. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel, but it's a bit of a turn off. The restaurant was closed while we were there for a week and this was very disappointing as we had chosen this place knowing we can eat there. We only found out about this once there. The rooms are nice and clean but the bathrooms smell terribly and the shower cabins are not the best. On our first day we had some misunderstanding as the plumbers came in the evening to fix some things in the bathroom, but the problem was then solved afterall. We also had missing items in the room, such as hair dryer and blankets. Whenever we raised an issue the management tried to solve them quickly and we appreciated this. However, better communication would be an advantage and maybe a double check that all rooms are fully equipped.

Viktorija Apartments are located in a small, quiet place called Buljarica, 400 meters from the beach front, and 2 km from Petrovac. Being centrally located on Montenegro coastline, Buljarica is very sought after town for all kinds of tourists: from those who want to visit different beaches, cities, national parks, monasteries, museums, to those who prefer enjoying activities in the surrounding nature. We offer 5 accommodation units with a total of 18 beds. All units are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Guest are welcome to use the barbecue located in the yard. Parking spot is included with all accommodation units. We thrive on customer satisfaction and are willing to do everything in our power to meet our guests’ needs!

Reviewed By Gary AHello! We stayed at Viktorija Apartments for a week, everything was absolutely perfect, nothing to complain about. Wonderfully comfortable and quiet place to relax. Very pleasant and helpful Viktorija made us feel really welcome. We had all we need for a good stay, the room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The apartments are close to the beach, a pleasant 10 minute stroll. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Reviewed By Марина ГОтдыхали в Петроваце в июле 2019 года. Двухуровневые апартаменты 11 (4 взрослых). Отдых очень понравился. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Очень чисто. Отличная уборка. Кондиционеры работали. Место тихое. Шум от отелей первой линии не мешает спать. Вид из окна на море несколько портят высотные отели. С лестницы открывается отличный вид на горы. До моря минут 15 неспешным шагом (до городского пляжа). Но мы ходили на пляж в Булярицы (через гору) 2 км. Но дорога совсем не утомительная, можно отдохнуть по дороге. Там мало народу. Зонтик и два лежака стоят от 6-8 евро в зависимости от близости к морю. Рекомендуем отель всем, кто ценит тишину и покой.

Prices are incredible (just like everywhere in Montenegro)! We are already planning to return next year. We will make sure we get to come around! Thank you

Reviewed By Diana FI did not stay there because of a missunderstanding but I had the chance enter the hotel, to TRY to talk to the owner and to see the rooms and I do not recommand it.They do not know any foreign languages(more than 3 words in English they do not know).The room was below my expectations, the space is too small, the furniture is too damaged and old for a 4 stars hotel( 2 stars for me).There are o lot of hotels in this area at the same price so don't choose this one.I could write a novel about the things I do not like in this hotel even if I stayed only a couple of hours
