Excellent property and excellent service
Reviewed By 241barshapThe property is beautiful, safe, and well maintained. The services were excellent and the staffs are very soft-spoken, well trained, and disciplined. Can't comment much about food ( breakfast was good though) and the guests can request the chef if they have any special requirements for food. We went for an official tour and the manager provided us with all help and assistance required for work. The cabs were booked and the drivers were very good too. To sum up it was an awesome experience.

Reviewed By X1220EVdavidrOne night stay in Itarsi while driving through from Jaipur to Hyderabad. Hotel Aanandam, is a neat and clean hotel. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mr Shubham from Reception. Food was delicious too. Frankly I didn't expect to see such a good Hotel in Itarsi.

Reviewed By JitendraK585What a lovely welcome at reception with so much of decoration specially lighting is the best. Staff is very much polite and help in each matter. Room were provided neat and fresh linen and blanket. Good garden for fresh air.

Reviewed By StephenC479The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The room was nice, clean, bright, modern and the meal I had in the restaurant was good. However, I couldn't get water warmer than tepid out of the shower, WiFi only works in reception, nowhere else, even though the information on Booing.com says it is available in every room! The hotel is very noisy, mostly the guests (families with children) but the staff frequently shout at each other from one floor to the next. It was also a bit disconcerting to be told twice, when I tried to check in, that there was no room and they were full - despite having a confirmed and paid for reservation. Finally, after searching in several books, they agreed that I did indeed have a room.

Just had dinner. Decent place on highway

The place seems to be mainly used for weddings etc. When you order at the restaurant, be careful. They can't really accommodate special requests. We ordered chilly less food but it was full of chillies.
