Beautiful Hotel
Reviewed By FantasycruisekeThe hotel is really beautiful and has great ambience however the stall are a little bit wanting. There offer no help at all with your luggage. The food was ok, we had to send back a few orders to be done again; mainly because the wait staff brought us the wrong orders. We got a good room with views of both sunrise and sunset and being on a relaxation trip it was actually very calming watching the sunsets. The management/owners need to pay attention more to the hotel and it can get 5 stars.

Reviewed By Elizabeth MThe rooms are small with no air con or fan. The breakfast was excellent. For supper the fish was not fresh. If you plan to spend a night come with your fan. I did not eat the fish but I was charged for it.So sad

Reviewed By Amenon123Reservé dos habitaciones en este hotel con un par de meses de antelación a través de Booking. Una vez hecha la reserva, me puse en contacto por correo electrónico con el equipo de recepción para plantearles algunas dudas sobre el check-in y el check-out pero nunca me respondieron. Cuando llegué al hotel, a pesar de haber hecho la reserva y haberla pagado con antelación, en recepción me dijeron que no les constaba nada. Tuvieron que consultar al responsable y me tuvieron esperando en recepción unos 10 minutos. Una de las habitaciones que me dieron estaba en un estado lamentable, con el suelo del baño lleno de agua y con un inodoro sin ninguna tapa y roto. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y me ofrecieron otra en la que el inodoro funcionaba, aunque el suelo del baño también tenía agua. Las sábanas estaban sucias, al igual que las paredes de la habitación. Por lo demás, el hotel es bastante ruidoso, lo que se ve agravado por el hecho de que la mayoría de habitaciones dan a una especie de patio interior. Menos mal que llevaba tapones para los oídos.

Reviewed By 1989myraLand Mark hotel is in Isiolo a hardship area in Kenya..The place is not so developed but the Hotel is wonderful... The rooms are spacious and wiffi is fast for those who are doing business...I enjoyed my stay there and they have friendly staff and affordable rates..only thing is that the meals are prepared when you order but that means that the meals are fresh...Landmark hotel is surely the best place in Isiolo...I enjoyed my stay.
