Reviewed By ELAYTEEStayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe room with a twin bed. Paid around £38 per night / 220MYR. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Room is spacious, clean and bright with a garden view. It was not the most modern however very good quality with firm comfortable beds. AC was strong. Front desk staff, security and housekeeping are all friendly and helpful. I primarily used the room for work, so did not really test out any of the amenities (golf, pool, gym etc). Wifi was not the fastest and would occasionally disconnect, making it difficult for video meetings. I would return again in the future with more intentions of relaxing!

Hotel Tenera will be a new landmark in this city.

Reviewed By datin_tanIt is a relatively new property but not well maintained. The apartment is spacious however not clean. Bad odours in the room and you might found cockroaches in the room. Breakfast could be better. Location is not good as it is not near to any eateries or convenient shop. You definitely can find somewhere better with the same room rate. Again, avoid this hotel.

If that isn't bad enough, you get to hear neighbors from other hotel guests too. Don't stay here. You won't get a peaceful sleep. noises 2. The hotel owner Don’t provides Body soap liquid& Shampoo or conditions. You don't get shampoo and body wash gels which are reserved for the more expensive rooms. A stupid and idiotic decision from amateur hotel owners right there. Very disappointed have to purchase from outside. 3. The Hotel didn’t Provide BLANKET. The bed comes with a flimsy sorry excuse of a 'blanket', which is nothing more than a thin set of bedsheets!! Not considerate. 4. The room are not clean, the toilet leave the stain water urine, it’s was disgusting, and have bed bug over the bed. One water bottle to share with both guest very disappointed hospitality overall.

Reviewed By ChoonfongOriental Crystal Hotel is visible from the main roads far away being located on a hill at the back of Sekolah Menengah Convent Kajang. My room is big double bed with a good view of Kajang town. Basic amenities in washroom, ironing, tea/coffee-making are all provided. Good service with friendly staff. Jaded but still practical. Can be revived with pool upkeep and in-house entertainment channels upgrades.

REALLY BAD SERVICE ON CHECK IN TIME. Management Please Do Something About This Matter. Everything Was Good At My Room.

Reviewed By dande49We have stayed here on maybe three other occasions when travelling via KLIA. Clean, simple accommodation, with hot shower, WiFi, air-conditioning and efficient airport transfers at reasonable cost. The shared kitchen which is available for guests to prepare breakfast or snacks from items provided free of charge is a real bonus. As are the hot/cold water dispensers. Together with friendly, helpful staff this is the perfect choice for us.

Clean Room, Good Service
Reviewed By SheaSoniaI wish I had discovered this hotel earlier. Their service is very good, very accommodating in allowing me for early check-in and late check-out. Rate is fair considering the location. The hotel has no elevator and toilet in the room is raised, accessed by steps but those are the only cons in my opinion. Room I got was on the first floor. It is spacious, bright and clean. Aircond and hot shower decent. Recommended for young travellers who don't mind climbing up some stairs.
