Sad Experience getting worse as I stay many times
Reviewed By Shyam_PotdarSeems that there is sharp degradation of this property. They always have a changing staff that is very inexperienced. The senior management does not seem concerned. Food quality has deteriorated and new staff does no see to care. Almost same foe housekeeping of the property. Will review again after completing stay.

Reviewed By tallkumarFelt very comfortable right from booking to check out. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is extraordinary.. Many hotels should learn from this hotel's reception service. Mr Purushottam at the reception deserves special credit . The restaurant is also a cut above the rest in both North Indian and South Indian.

Just returned from a two night stay with my parents who are senior citizens. Samrat and Trupti are wonderful hosts who along with their team went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodation is luxuriously cosy, the scenery pristine and unspoilt, the food is mind blowing....with the wonderful aroma wafting from the kitchen making you look forward to the mealtime, the coffee to die for, sounds of silence occasionally interrupted by bird calls or the laughing playfulness of the dogs and their litter, the woods dark and deep, I could go on and on.........In short, if you haven't been to Hirvate, you have truly missed something.

Reviewed By 489avishekbThe hotel is located on the Bangalore Mangalore Highway. The room was clean and the bathroom was quite spacious. The hotel Staff Mr.Gupi was really helpful and courteous. Room was peaceful to sleep in and the breakfast option was also quite good.

Room was spacious and good with geyser in the washroom. However ,since it faces the busy road , the sound of vehicle is a bit too much for the comfort

After 2 years of staying back at home, kids had a great experience and enjoyed a lot. The food was awesome in particular, they serve as per our requirements and needs. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Few names to be mentioned are Mrs. Pooja, always welcomes us with a smile.Mr. Jey Kumar, Mohammad, Mahesh, Kumar and Krishnappa. I personally thank these people for providing us a wonderful & memorable experience.

Reviewed By VishAsha3Hi All, Few points which i need to highlight: 1) Zest restaurant food and service is great. Thanks! 2) Reception staff are dull. Need to work on customer service.Regular reminders on calls were done if I needed anything. 3) Rooms are good but few things should be worked on. Locker had issue. No proper hot water in bathroom. Issues with tap. 4) No enough car parking. Was asked to park outside the building. Should work on this and prioritise guests car first instead of the one walking in to restaurants. 5) Walking aisle outside the rooms are smelly with cigarettes. No proper ventilation. Thanks!
