Reviewed By GeorgeB3270I am here on an extended stay and the staff have been amazing. Front front desk to housekeeping to general personnel around the resort. Very friendly environment and always greeted with a “Hafa adai” highly recommend this place. The pool area is kept clean and hospitable. New beach tiki bar to open up soon which will be an amazing addition ??

Perfect Babymoon

I am 7 months pregnant with twins and we wanted to find a place to relax and unwind. Dusit Thani was absolutely the right choice! Our room was exceptionally clean. The amenities were great, location perfect, service 10/10, and comfort 100%. Every staff member we encountered were so pleasant and helpful. After reading many reviews, I was a little worried about certain things like hot water, cleanliness, and politeness. But, we had absolutely no issues. The water was hot, the staff was fantastic, and every part of the resort we saw was clean. The food onsite was delicious and I highly recommend reserving a beach cabana! The pool is also very fun and relaxing. The views are gorgeous and the location on the beach is ideal. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was absolutely perfect. Everything I was hoping for plus more. We didn't want to go home! We will definitely be back. The pictures of the room were taken as we were leaving. I should've taken some before we used the room, but you can still see how nice yhe room is and how clean everything is.

Reviewed By JAXX84This place is HORRIBLE! The premier tower isn't premier. I have a rug covering a dark red stain that runs down the carpeting along the wall and it has super short toilets (I'm 5'5" and the top of the seat is mid calf). The entire room is straight out of the golden girls. I called to have my room changed specifically due to the crime scene cover-up only to be told "they're too busy to take my call". Looks are deceiving as the lobby does not look like this.

Decent hotel for the price
Reviewed By acline2771Nice hotel, centrally located within the main tourist section. Fantastic infinity pool for sunsets. Beach is a 5 min walk. Plenty of dining options nearby. Hotel also has free parking and taxis are normally waiting outside. We did run into a few small groups of guests partying, but only minimal interactions. Hotel restaurants were closed when I was there.

Badly needs lots of improvement
Reviewed By frannywannyOn our first night, we were assigned to a room that has a very strong smell of cigarette. Too strong that we felt very uneasy and that my allergy rhinitis acted up so badly. To add to that, the aircon never became cold and had this loud sound all night long. needless to say, this kept me sleepless on my first night despite coming from a red eye flight. The next day, Mary moved us to another room. it was much cleaner and had zero smell of cigarettes. The aircon was cool too. The only thing is baby cockroaches would show up in the bathroom at night. Housekeeping is also by request and even after multiple requests, we would go back to a room that hasn’t been refreshed. The room also come with the most basic inclusions ever — toilet paper, soap, shampoo, lotion. that’s it. no complimentary bottled water which i find to be quite odd having have stayed in numerous hotels all over the world. Toilet also was somehow upgraded to aJapanese toilet but with the absence of a bidet. Seriously?! the only thing is front desk service is superb. this is the only thing that kept me from moving to another hotel after that disastrous first day. This is a very cheap hotel so don’t expect anything. it badly needs some renovation work to make it more exciting to stay in. Sadly not recommending this to anyone nor will I go back ever again.

To my surprise, or maybe because they had enough time to renovate or clean rooms, my room this year is cleaner and better than 2016. I love this hotel because it is relatively cheap but in a prime location - lobby has a mall, Mcdonalds, Racks, when you cross it's T-Galleria, the beach and other mall. Unfortunately, most of the tourist spot and other areas are still closed when we got there. I would like to also give a big kudos to their breakfast. Really good variety, and probably best staff around - special shoutout to Angie and Jonathan of Roots! We transferred in a more expensive hotel for one night and we totally regret paying for their breakfast because breakfast in Roots (Guam Plaza) is half the price and wayyy more delicious. We highly recommend!

Great Stay! Great Rooms and Property/Resturant
Reviewed By Andrew CRoom on 20th floor had an amazing view. Worth using a Bonvoy Upgrade Suite Night Reward. Hotel staff at the desk was helpful, knowledgeable. Most especially Billy, Delina, Nicollette. Issin Restaurant had GREAT Japanese food. HIGHLY recommend Issin. Cafe downstairs serves Starbucks, and the garage parking was included. Some Construction noise, Beach was fine, pool was good. Westin Club still closed since 2020, would be nice if open since it supposedly has a cool view.... :-(
