Reviewed By jamiehL2103PSThe rooms, grounds, restaurant and spa are all excellent. Highly recommended. We stayed in a separate chalet with its own entrance. Our dog is a bit older and needs some extra help, but he was very welcome and happy to be here.

L’idea della nostra cucina è quella di lavorare partendo dall’unicità del prodotto tipico, per poi proporre – a volte anche innovando – ricette del territorio, senza trascurare l’incredibile bagaglio culturale di tutta la cucina italiana e di quelle materie prime che maggiormente si fanno apprezzare in montagna.

Reviewed By jbederson01This is an amateurish poorly run and disorganized establishment. We had reservations confirmed in writing two weeks before arrival. We drove all day from france, arriving at 8 pm. They initially could not find our reservation and asked if it could possibly be under another name. When we showed them our confirmation email, complete with pictures, names, dates, rates etc they were able to locate the reservation. However they had given our room away and had absolutely no other rooms for us. They called the manager, who said something like “we recently started using a new system and something went wrong”. But there were no rooms and no place for us to stay. We ended up repacking o our car and driving to an in-laws apartment where we sleep on the couch for our entire stay in Gressoney. If you are unfortunate enough to already have a reservation at this terrible hotel I’d suggest triple confirming that they actually have a room for you. But probably much better to just avoid this hotel completely.

I cannot remember when we have experienced such a great and warm service. Everything was excellent. And my boys just loved the beautiful dogs the owners have.

Reviewed By kmemurphyVery well organised and really quiet campsite. Easy to pitch tent (which is always a bonus) and some decent space between the tents (not rammed up next to each other). The campsite is mixed with Chalets, caravans, camper vans and tents. Good onsite facilities and a Spar shop just up the road. Easy walk into the centre of Gressoney Saint Jean. Great place to explore the valley.

Reviewed By DvdWWe had a great time. The hotel is new, very nicely furnished and decorated. But especially the hosting family made our three day stay special, they are really nice and welcoming. The chef cooks every night and the quality of the meals is great, nice local dishes. Breakfast with french style croissants and different home made cakes. We would love to come back and congratulate the owners with the great job you are doing.

Friendly staff, big rooms and clean
Reviewed By PierresthlmIt’s a very small hotel with only 6 rooms tha all have nice view over the mountains. It’s family owned and the staff gives their best to make you feel welcomed. There is a nice little spa, but it comes with an extra charge of 20€\person. Everything is very clean and it feels like the hotel is brand new. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast. If you are there for skiing it takes you about 10-15 min in car to get to the lifts.

Reviewed By 753pearsThis is an extremely comfortable and clean hotel, with amazing service from the staff. The location is excellent being located very close to a bus stop as well as a ski lift. Breakfast and dinner was always delicious, would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Lovely friendly hotel with great food
Reviewed By Caroline GJust returned from a skiing trip with Crystal. Hotel Gressoney is a lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful. Great friendly service from everyone. The hotel seems to be managing well under COVID rules. All staff are masked. Buffet breakfast and starters are served rather than help yourself, but still a fantastic choice for both. The food is very traditional italian, and all very good. The dessert selection is particularly good. There is a good selection of reasonably priced wines. Rooms may have had a bit of an upgrade since the last reviews, our room was lovely, and there were no problems with the shower. Ski bus stop just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
