Wedding night in the city center of Crema
Reviewed By acominolaMy wife and I spent our wedding night in this B&B. The location is wonderful, in the historical city center of Crema. The suites are really clean, comfortable, and all furnished and decorated with taste. The structure looks completely renewed and we had a really amazing breakfast with a view served on the roof top terrace. The host is really attentive and cares about the details. Being our wedding night, we found a wonderful bottle of Ferrari Trento Brut waiting for us in the suite! Such a great treat! Definitely recommended for couples or families willing to enjoy Crema! Only one suggestion: be careful when chosing where to park your car. We did not know that the market was happening the day after and our car was removed from Via Giuseppe Verdi - the fun fact of our wedding night.

Located in the heart of the ancient part of town, you can walk everywhere from this place. English speaking staff was very helpful with logistics!

Perfect Hotel for all things Call Me By Your Name
Reviewed By bitetheappleI visited Crema with my daughter as I am a huge fan of the movie Call Me By Your Name which was filmed there and the surrounding areas. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of our tour guide Gary (The Elio Oliver Love Tour which I will do a separate review for) plus the fact that it had a 24 hour reception desk was vital as our flight into Bergamo was at 2am. Room 24 was on the second floor of the main building and was perfect for us as it was actually two separate bedrooms, both with king sized beds with a shared bathroom. I just loved the wooden shutters and sloped ceilings. The beds are firm which I like and as it faced the back of the hotel it was very quiet. Huge wardrobes - they could do to invest in a load of huggable hangers (the velvety coat hangers) but minor issue. There are a few spiders that find their way into the hotel but it’s a rural area and it can’t be helped. The breakfast was buffet style with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruit, apricot juice, ham, pastries, pancakes, tart ( if you know the film it was very much a Perlman’s breakfast!) The staff are brilliant and were very patient and helpful with my shockingly poor Italian (I tried!) and they happily accommodated every request such as an iron in the room and a take-out breakfast for a very early start one day to get to Sirmione before the crowds. In summary, great value for money hotel in a perfect spot for exploring the area with friendly helpful staff.

Reviewed By mariasf808We visited Crema because one of my teenage daughter's favorite movie is "Call Me by Your Name". We had a wonderful stay at B&B II Torrazzo, located in the center of town. Very roomy, clean, nice amenities, and had air conditioning (it was in the 90F degrees, so we were REALLY happy we had AC). Rino was a wonderful host. He contacted me before our arrival, met us when we arrived, helped us with our bags, and gave us a nice overview of the area. He set up our sofa bed for sleeping, and delivered a nicely prepared delicious breakfast each morning. His family is also very nice. Rino really went out of his way, and my family and I greatly appreciate his hospitality.

BREAKFAST: Unless otherwise specially requested by the guest, breakfast is served from 7: 00 to 9: 00 Every room with private bathroom - wi-fi connection In the surrondings of the B & B delle Arti, about 50 meters, you will find a small supermarket, two bars, a "paninoteca" and a pizza with kebab rotisserie; a pharmacy at 200 meters and our church of San Giacomo Maggiore is 250 meters. Milan Bus stop at 250 meters and stops for the urban transport within 100 meters. Room cleaning and linen/towels change, according to ANBBA regulations – B&B NATIONAL AUTORITY: In Italian B&B room cleaning is daily done, linen/towels change twice a week. SMOKING: smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house’s premises, according to existing legislation. Guests may smoke in the garden, as long as they use the ashtrays provided for that purpose. Fortunately, there were two sets of information on the shelf for B&B in Crema. The first was full, so we walked a little further to B&B delle Arti on the edge of town. The room was clean and tidy. For an extra charge, we could use kitchen and washing machine. It was helpful to be able to hang some washing out in the garden. It was a quiet area to stay. Rafaella was welcoming and helpful

Reviewed By Abigail NMy daughter and I had a wonderful stay at B&B La Torre and Beniamino was the perfect host. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had every comfort you might need. Beniamino even went out of his way to supply a vegan breakfast option. A short walk to the magical Piazza del Duomo and in site parking was a bonus! Can’t recommend highly enough.

La proprietaria Francesca è super gentile e disponibile, molto attenta ai dettagli e alla pulizia, infatti l’appartamento è davvero confortevole e pulito!

Reviewed By HappySueUkThis establishment is a converted farm, unlike any other hotels we saw in Crema. It is about a pleasant 25 minute walk into town or a 5 minute taxi ride. 5 minutes walk there is a supermarket "simply" that has everything you may need. For a small fee you can use the outdoor pool facility in a garden setting and relax in the sun. The staff where extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. "Laura" was very kind. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. A great place to relax and unwind.
