Reviewed By Emily HOur trip began with a hike in Parco Nationale Abruzzo, while we made our way to the Almafi Coast. We stopped in Cassino and stayed at this wonderful small boutique hotel. The rooms were nice, the grounds were immaculate, the hotel restaurant food was delicious! The one thing that stood out was the very hardworking hotel owner, Fabio. He wanted to ensure we had the best experience at his hotel. The price was reasonable too! We stayed twice at this hotel, driving to Almafi and back before we headed to Roma. I give this hotel a two Thumbs Up ??

The stone walls respecting the oldest traditions of the country farmhouses , where you can still smell the scent of simple and essential things . The farmhouse offers single, double , triple and quadruple rooms all with air conditioning and private bathroom . Also for medium or long stays, there is the opportunity to stay in spacious studios and apartments , equipped with every comfort. Located just minutes from the motorway and the city center , it enjoys a privileged position close to the tourist areas and the most important places of interest .

Reviewed By dt3This B&B was great! We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way back to Rome from Abruzzo. The place was so peaceful and had beautiful grounds. Family owned and operated with really Italian Hospitality!!! We loved it. The breakfast was plentiful but did not include any eggs...but we had yogurt, fruit and wonderful pastries! We had a little kitchen so we were able to cook our dinners.. .which we loved after 2 weeks of going out each night. Just a gem of a place!! We did not get a chance to eat dinner at their restaurant b/c it was not opened on the nights we stayed. Looked lovely though

Giuseppe (Pino) and the staff were very hospitable and inviting, and helped accommodate my large university group. The rooms were great, some with terraces with views of the Abbey. They also have many helpful resources in the lobby. Though we did not have the chance given a tight itinerary, Pino offered to provide presentations on the battles of Monte Cassino. It is located a approx. 500m/5-10 minute walk from the Center and near numerous restaurants/bars.

Reviewed By Japster1965I recently led a battlefield study to Monte Cassino for 25 people and used the Hotel Rocca as a base and I`m glad I did! Angela and her team were on hand at all hours to make sure we were looked after to the highest standard, I felt that they couldn`t do enough for us. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful, Hotel Rocca will be the first port of call when I return to the region. Rooms are modern and decently specified, the a la carte menu in the restaurant is very good value and tasty.

Breakfast (self select) is juice cereals cold meat, cheese, croisant, toast, range of fruit, cafe(latte if you want milk) HOT WATER FOR tea is CAULDA (hot ..just to contuse you) Frio (cold). Above is the famous monastery with a bus for only 1 euro for the 8 kilometres! NO tea making facilities in the bedroom but in the dining area some on reception will give you a tray with hot water tea pot (tea bags on the breakfast table) and tray for you room or sit in the comfort of reception area or dining area! Very obliging! Local bar restaurant with live music at times Le Garage.(Patrizia owner ..say Giani sent you my aka for Portrait drawing) Budget restaurant next to the Hotel (right) further down is the marriage shop. Say hello to Deborah! Bit futher Cafe Suisse say hello to Dominic owner & Tanya counter. This is the Western Union if you need to send or receive money!! Reviewed By Carol WBeautifully clean and well located hotel in Cassino. Staff friendly and informative. Room large and spacious. Good Covid precautions in place. Buffet breakfast not available due to Covid but is pre ordered and delivered to room. Maybe a small table and chairs from the breakfast room could be put in the rooms to sit and eat breakfast at. Bed comfortable although pillows, a little flat and only one spare in the wardrobe

Good, clean hotel
Reviewed By hpislesWe chose this hotel because it was near the Autostrada and also MonteCassino Monastery. It had a parking lot and parking was free. Even though we were here in the slow months and there was few people staying here, we constantly saw people tidying and cleaning everywhere. The Front Desk Person spoke English and asked if we wanted to see the rooms before deciding to stay or not. We did decide to stay and got a single standard room for our friend and a double standard room for us which was near by. Both rooms were good size, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Flat Screen TV, hairdryer and the wifi worked very well. The room prices were very reasonable and included breakfast. The hotel itself is getting a little worn around the edges but we saw people working on various areas to spruce things up. They had photos and a large display case of WWII items found around that area and was very interesting. The staff here are exceptional. Everyone was friendly, informative, and helpful.
