The fabulous food along with the beautiful surroundings make this an experience not to be missed when you are in the area of the Cilento.

Casalvelino is situated in the middle of the Natural Park of Cilento, surrounded by olive trees,on the hills that face the gulf of Velia.
A wonderful relaxing stay in a quiet olive grove
Reviewed By 200susaWe were at Alessia's beautiful farm hostel in October 2021, with 13 persons - three families with their kids and teens. Alessia welcomed us like family and we felt very comfortable right away. They really cared for our well-being and in particular, the food was excellent and authentic, both the breakfast and the great dinner. Don't miss to taste the wine and bring home the olive oil directly produced at the farm, it's delicious. We lived in the house on the other side of the small street which is located near the swimming pool. Although it was already October and really cold at night, our hosts were so friendly to keep the pool open what was a great fun for the kids. The houses/appartments are comfortable and very clean, although rather simple - but I don't expect a luxury appartment on a farm! However, for those looking for an authentic place to calm down in nice rural region, this is definitely a great place. Thanks a lot, dear Alessia, Stefano and team, for six wonderful days at your farm. Whenever we'll be back in the Cilento region, we'll come around!

Not a Four Star hotel
Reviewed By Colm53First impression was bad because we arrived at lunchtime on a Saturday to be told that lunch on the first day was excluded (we had booked full-board) and that the room would not be ready until 4pm. I left my cell phone number and we found a restaurant nearby. As we finished eating the hotel called to say the room was ready so we checked in around 2:45. That young lady, Daniela was helpful also on other occasions. However it was a very small room 12s,q mt. An entrance corridor 2x1meters with the only small cupboard and a toilet 1.9x1.9 with a tiny shower with rusty doors and a fixed shower-head. No shampoo nor soap just dispensers with something which may be liquid soap. Pretty inadequate even for a couple but we also had a 12 year old with us booked since months before. The food was buffet, generally just about acceptable quality-wise but as mealtimes lasted a short time, everyone crowded in at once and the more popular dishes were quickly snapped up leaving those who came a few mins later with no choice but to eat something else or wait until more of the popular dish was brought out. Again not 4star treatment. Staff generally kind and helpful except for the Maitre who was downright rude attempting to make a joke of every inadequacy. Including once when my wife alerted him that someone had spilt some liquid where All were passing back and forth. All he seemed to care about was ensuring the dishes he put aside for himself to take to his toom were of best available on the day. They claim "free Wi-Fi but it's available only in the reception area and nearby rooms and half the time does not work. The private beach five mins walk away is average. Very nice helpful beachguard called Andre. The sea itself lovely and clean but the gereral beach area is pretty desolate and uncared for.. One very positive aspect is the entertainment by Natasha and her group of Animators who ensure kids and adults are kept as happy as possible at the beach in the mornings and by the nice pool during afternoons and evenings. The other positive is that the room air conditioning works well. All in all, a positive experience as the week went on but the initial negative impact took time to absorb. Rooms and bathrooms need a total redesign if they are to warrant that 4th star.

Reviewed By Brenda Pby far, the best place to relax and enjoy a holliday to the fullest, the location is magnificent and the facilities wonderful, a very cozy comfortable place. The food was only a part of the splendid stay, authentic cooking, fresh ingredients, everithing prepared with organic vegetables that they grow in the garden. So, what can I say apart from the fact I was so sad to leave... A huge thank you to Annamaria and her family for their hospitality, I will forever be grateful for making some days absolutely uniques a overall memorable experience.

Agriturismo I Moresani is a family-run organic farm in the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park. The farm is located in the village of Casal Velino, at 5km from the sea; it's a relaxing plece where it's possible to get in touch with the environment; it's characteized by a tasty traditional cuisine thanks to our organic products that we grow in our vegetable gardens and to our breedings of goats, cows, chickens and pigs. Furthermore, we produce extrairgin olive oil, goat cheese, in oil vegetable, cracked salella olives, cold cuts, marmelades and wine.
A small quiet paradise

We spent 3 weeks in Italy, travelling around by public transport and after staying mostly in very busy and lively places, we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to do "nothing" for two days. And I Moresani was absolutely perfect for that ! Everything was great: the location is beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. The food served is mostly grown in their garden, or produced by them (cheese, sausages, olive oil, pasta, wine etc.). Go for halfboard, its extremely good value for money, and much more food than you can eat (and its very tasty of course). There is a lovely swimming pool and beautiful nature. The rooms are comfortable and with everything that you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most speak only italian (and we dont speak italian), but that was not a problem at all. We did a pasta cooking class, which was great fun. It could not have been better, and we had an amazing time. The value for money is excellent. Thanks a lot to Ester, Michaela, Gino, Domenico, Valentina and everybody else at I Moresani !

The rooms were lovely, clean, and inviting with great views. And the food — incredible. We ate at the restaurant two nights and both were among the best meals any of us have ever had. I am so glad we went to Casal Velino and stayed at Tres Sorrelle — I can not recommend it strongly enough, and will definitely be back!

Our holiday farm lies not far from the coast and the Marina di Casal Velino sandy beaches.It is an old manor house which has been recently restored maintaining partly the precious furnishings and antique accessories and complementing them with modern comfort such as SAT-TV, air-conditioning and private bathroom with shower cubicle with hydromassage, music and chromotherapy.Beside the comfortable double rooms with possible third bed, the farm has even a wonderful suite and an apartment. Comfortable rooms at the farmThe holiday farm has 8 comfortable rooms. All rooms are furnished with taste and have wrought iron beds, wooden slat bed frame, non-toxic, anti-allergy and non-deformable mattress, air-conditioning, 20 inch SAT-TV and private bathroom with shower cubicle.

Reviewed By Kylie CMy husband and I stayed 2 nights at 'La Voce del Mare' and had a peaceful, pleasant and relaxing stay. We were met at the door by Giovanni when we arrived and he was readily available the entire time, and always smiling, a perfect host! If we should happen to return to the area we will definitely be back.

Ours is an eco hotel . 90% of the furniture, interior and exterior, is recycled and has been patiently restored . Paints for walls and wood are non-toxic and water-based .
