Excellent overall, some negatives
Reviewed By ZimKiwiTravellerWe stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. Positives: The lodge is beautiful, with pretty gardens, surrounding forest and a nearby lake. The room was modern, spacious, clean and well-appointed; the bathroom had all the goodies you could want. Amenities such as a tennis court, bicycles, fantastic kids indoor play area, indoor pool, sauna and gym mean that guests of all ages are catered for. Our room on Floor 3 had a lovely balcony with seating and looked out over the side garden and forest. Breakfast was included in the nightly rate. The receptionist at the front desk could speak English, which was very helpful! Negatives: It advertises a spa, but on enquiry we were told that we could only get a massage (which needed to be booked well in advance as the masseuse would come from the local area) and another treatment which we didn't understand due to language barrier; no other typical spa treatments are offered eg. manicures/ pedicures, facials etc. The food let the lodge down. Breakfast was acceptable, but very basic eg. boiled eggs, cold processed meats, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, pastries, fried eggs/omelets to order. Breakfast is only 9am-11am, which is a late start for some who are early risers or need to travel earlier. We had dinner and were very disappointed by the quality eg. the duck breast was overcooked and tough, served only with a mound of chopped pear and a drizzle of berry sauce. Our room was on Floor 3 next to a small conference room - there was a conference in the afternoon, then guests watching sport in the evening, so very noisy.

Reviewed By galinalabiПонравилось, еда простая, но сытная. Бассейн, сауна классные. Вежливое обслуживание и чис то. Единственное прохладный туалет. Хорошая и уютная библиотека. Единственный неприятный случай в кинотеатре, когда нам прервали сеанс из за других клиентов, было очень неприятно, несмотря на извинения. вобщем спасибо, новый год удался. Удачи Вам.

Reviewed By B1867JB_В данном отеле остановились в первый раз сыном ребенок у меня инвалид и мы ели нашли отель в котором есть пандус и лифт.Отель очень хороший уютный и комфортный, тепло, персонал очень приветливый. Кормят шикарными завтраками. По остальной еде впечатление остались не очень положительные. Слишком много добавляется приправ и ложится очень мало соли. В номере есть все что нужно для отдыхающих и все чистое. Можно еще в номер установить кондиционер. Администрации предлагаю пересмотреть цены и сделать скидки для отдыхающих более *х дней и людям с ограниченными возможностями. Желаю отелю так же процветать и что у вас было много посетителей.

Reviewed By Александр ТОтдых в Боровом, в самом живописном месте Казахстанской степи. В 2 минутах пешей ходьбы от озера "Большое чебачье" и соснового леса. Тихое уютное место, где можно отдохнуть и расслабиться всей семьёй!

Fair enough, but still development needed
Reviewed By Szabo_AndrasThe positive side: * decent room price * good location * got the elegant room shown on the reservation page * room size big enough * comfortable bed * shower gel, shampoo and soap provided * restaurant with normal prices * helpful and patient restaurant staff * good kitchen (applies for the quality, not for the size of the portions) The negative side: * almost no English spoken neither at the reception nor in the restaurant * unnecessary inconvenience caused by e-mail sent by the hotel staff by mistake about our room not having a private bathroom (after 2 e-mails, the problem has been solved) * no English menu in the restaurant * very poor wifi, only available in the restaurant area * loud music played every day at the front gate * very poor soundproofing, the conversation from the next room easily understandable * very loud cleaning staff from early in the morning (repeatedly letting their equipment falling down to the floor, listening to loud music) * regular shortages of warm water * no heating despite the low degrees outside * no mosquito net, many insects get in the room easily * average / below-average sized breakfast without options and without regard to food intolerances

Хотите в бассейн (который должен работать с 10-11 по графику) , а он не открывается до обеда. Не успел сотрудник там прибраться. В ресторане какие-то непонятные официанты, ничего не знают, что есть, чего нет. Люди часами ожидают ужин и так и не дождавшись заказ вынуждены уходить. Официанты в присутствии клиентов обсуждают свои животрепещущие темы громче посетителей. Спасибо что в таком хаосе повара продолжают вкусно готовить. Номер был плохо убран. С паутиной местами, с пятнами на покрывале с обоих сторон, с ободранными диванами, с почти постоянным отсутствием горячей воды. Администратор ответить на вопрос когда будет горячая вода не может. Очень разочарованы. А ведь когда то был хороший отель. Жаль что изменился в худшую сторону...
