Way overpriced, shabby
Reviewed By Sara NYes, it was quiet and had private parking, but the place overall was run-down and lacking in amenities, especially for the rather steep price. Many rooms do not have a view of the Peña. Rooms do not have t.v. nor was the wifi signal strong enough to really get on line. The roof in many places is rotting and they are replacing it as it rots through. We woke up in the morning to no running water. Finally, just as a unnecessary cheap touch, when I asked for a second bottle of water in the room, which was a double room, the desk manager refused to give us one unless we paid 15 pesos. I pointed out to him that in Mexico City, where our room was half the price, we got 2 bottles of water every day, but he did budge. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Hotels are popping everywhere in Bernal and these people are going to get crushed by the competition unless they invest in the hotel.

Reviewed By Dennis JWe booked the cheapest room and it was adequate, if not exciting, and perfectly all right for a night. The hotel has a great viewing terrace of the big rock and is a short walk from the old town. Minuses were no wifi in our room and no hot water if it was being used in the room next door.

Reviewed By Jose SLocation of the hotel: perfect amazing sight towards Pena Bernal and colonial town (photo is some of what you will be seeing if room heads street). Cons: given that the hotel heads to the street if you are a light sleeper this is not a place for you as the booming of the reggaeton cars outsife will be a problem for you. Also parking is far away, at least one block from hotel. Price: good bang for your bucks, no breakfast included though, there are some hotels with similar price that do include it The room: we stayed at a double bed room facing the street. Place was clean, cozy, decoration was nice, bath was ample and spotless. Bonus: restaurant is best in town, be sure not to miss it.

Reviewed By Luz MExcellent option in Bernal, clean rooms and a nice view from the second and third floor. The receptionist and the owner very attentive and helpful. They just have coffee in the morning but in front of the hotel there is many places to eat.

Lugar único y hermoso pero arreglen el jacuzzi
Reviewed By LeacondiosUn lugar casi perfecto los chalets de tapando únicos hermosos la vista espectacular se ve la peña desde el hermoso y romántico ventanal el baño precioso , pero tiene dos detalles muy malos uno es el internet , la tele tiene neflix , pero la señal es tan mala que se pierde y no lo puedes usar , el otro detalle pésimo es el jacuzzi que lo llenan con una mini mangerita que hace que se tarde muchísimo y en lo que se llena se enfría , ojalá y le pongan una manguera más grande para llenarse rápido otro detalle no tiene restaurante debería al menos tener convenio con algún restaurante y poner la papeleta en cada cuarto el lugar amerita no salir así que urge room service

Reviewed By dannagf6492El hotel es cómodo, relativamente muy cerca del centro y de La Peña de Bernal. Los cuartos son ampleos, comodos y limpios. Lo único malo, es que se filtra mucho el ruido, lo cuál no te permite un descanso optimo. El servicio es muy bueno, y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitas. Si lo único que deseas es dormir. Vale la pena.

Clean hotel but poor sleep quality
Reviewed By leoncioreyesThis place is close to the downtown of Bernal, the Service is really good, and the rooms are very clean. However it was a major problem! all the rooms face the main road (which is quite busy) and has a convenience store on its premises, this that at night there is a lot a of noise. During my stay there was driver that every morning would visit the store at 5am with his car stereo with an unacceptable volume level.
