When I called down for some things he would come and bring it up. Saw him when I checked in and saw him at check out he is a very hardworking person!

Our rooms were great, although they had too many air fresheners in the property it did make it smell amazing. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The provided breakfast was great (get the flour tortillas vs corn). The pizza is always very good but be sure to get in before the kitchen closes at 8:30. The front desk and reception were great and kind and helpful. It’s a great place for English and Spanish speakers and the employees all wore masks are puns guests. Definitely recommend.

Reviewed By TLozanosThere are just way better hotels to stay at, where you can get better service in an area more conducive to walking around without needing a taxi. We booked this hotel because of its star ratings. We enjoy staying in nice hotels! This hotel is a 3 star at best based off the services provided by the staff alone. They missed so many little details it’s SAD! I am here on a medical recovery so we ordered lots of room service. Not ONCE did they get our orders correct. Each time the staff had to return 1-2 times to bring things back and looked frustrated that they had to bring things that they had forgotten. Last straw was I ordered a salad and they didn’t bring dressing, they took 30 minutes to bring the dressing and then asked for a charge correction because they made yet another mistake! We ordered drinks several times with no ice buckets and waited an hour for that also. The room was poorly cleaned. Leaving trash cans with no trash bags inside of them. We went out for a walk so they could clean the room and again. Poor job cleaning, floor not swept, still no trash bags in the garbage and bathroom not cleaned well. The area isn’t the best, the streets are wild so it’s difficult to just take a walk across the street unless you are literally running across. It isn’t really near anything. The room next to us had children staying there that we could easily hear all night. Not blaming the children it’s just the rooms are not very sound proof at all.

So no TV in the evening. I'm booked here for 3 more nights but I'm going to look for another hotel tomorrow and get a refund from Amex Ex.

Not a great hotel
Reviewed By 464kristywWe stayed here for a medical trip. The pictures of rooms from a couple others that were having the same surgery showed nice rooms. Ours was not. It is outdated, dirty, stains all over and included a booger on the ceiling. There was an awful smell bud luckily we could open the window. We wiped the room down with Clorox wipes we had. The beds were not the most comfy but worked after traveling all day. The staff were nice. The restaurant was decent and there’s a Starbucks across the road. We actually considered leaving and staying down the road at the Hyatt but sucked it up. I would not recommend this hotel unless you don’t have cleanliness standards.

DO NOT stay here. The individual that works at night in the front lobby gave terrible service. she was rude and argumentative. Her name is Cinthia or Sarahí, she gave a fake name to me and other family members who sadly had to endure the stay in the hotel. Esta es la cama en la que tuvimos que dormir. Nosotros no tocamos la cama, cuando entramos en la habitación las sábanas ya estaban manchadas con una especie de suciedad negra. NO te quedes aquí. La persona que trabaja de noche en el vestíbulo principal tiene un servicio terrible. ella fue grosera y prepotente. Su nombre es Cinthia o Sarahí, me dio un nombre falso a mí y a otros familiares que lamentablemente tuvieron que soportar la estadía en el hotel.
