They provide huge quantity of breakfast which I never ended up completing. They fill up fruits basket and drinks in the room. Very neat room and nicely maintained. Highly recommend it for people visiting the place.

Reviewed By M781MMLindaWe have stayed multiple times. It is close to the train and bus stations. The breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean. There is a restaurant next door which has gluten free options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Staff and Location
Reviewed By Hoppers33020We overnighted in Avezzano after flying in to Rome, and really loved the small city with a good vibe. Pluses about Residenza Duomo: Manuele at the front desk checked us in and was extremely helpful. Good English language skills and had a great recommendation for things nearby to see, and an excellent restaurant. Room was quiet and very modern with very good bed and bathroom. Ground floor room was convenient. Breakfast coupon provided for coffee and pastry at a nearby bakery (Olimpia) which was fantastic! Things to know: The desk is not staffed full time because this is a B&B, so best to call 15-30 minutes for arriving. For those from the US use a 39 country code prefix. There is lots of curb side parking nearby in white designated areas, but these may be pretty full during the day (9 to 5) You may have to either temporarily use the blue paid spaces, or drive around a bit to find parking. The surrounding area is nice with lots of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store < one block away. We would stay again.

We ate quite well in a restaurant in walking distance to the B&B. Breakfast was served outside of the room and the selections are more than enough for you to jumpstart your Italian day.

Reviewed By Melanie RWe stayed in the B&B for 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both evenings. The food in the restaurant is quite good, especially if you order the grilled items. The room was OK, but watch out for the bathroom. The toilet is on a raised area and on the first night I fell quite badly when I got up, hitting my head on the wall. Even knowing this, my partner also fell. Told the owner and he did not seem to care. The breakfast at the B&B was mostly packaged cakes, nothing fresh. Yoghurt was provided as was cereal, but there were no spoons or bowls! I would not stay here again.

One gets vouchers for breakfast in a nearby cafe, which was some of the best we had during our trip. The owners live on site, so it was possible to store luggage. The main negative is that it is far from the commercial centre and restaurants. Nearby there are supermarkets, however.
