Reviewed By magicedarsWe stayed here on the ‘Romantic Escape’ package offered on their website. Pros: - The receptionist on the Saturday evening was pleasant, welcoming and professional. We couldn’t fault her. Thank you. - The waiter for dinner was also professional and carried a pleasant smile. - Nice Turkish bath. - Beautiful building and setting/location. - Quiet in the evening - Dinner quality was ok. - Overall, good value for money. Cons: - Advertised as a 4 star resort - but DEFINITELY NOT 4 stars, more like 3 stars. - Dated/Old fashioned furniture - Very unpleasant sewerage smell in communal area on first floor. - Small bedrooms - Empty mini bar in room. - No bathroom set (toothbrush, tooth paste, etc). - Not everything functional in Spa and also too small with too many people. - Ridiculously small changing rooms - 50 min massage was only 30 mins but was not actually a professional massage. (€10 discount seemed a little disrespectful to be honest). - 90 mins wellness path was far from 90 mins. - Staff at Spa were quite unprofessional at times and seemed to rush people. Overall, the main complaint I can make about this establishment is that it is ultimately advertised falsely. No one can argue that it is good value for money but it would feel better if it were actually advertised for the level of quality it actually is, which is 3 stars. On this occasion, I was looking for a 4 star experience but unfortunately I should have looked elsewhere. However, if I were looking for a 3 star experience I would have been quite happy. PS. - Save your money and don’t get the massage!

Reviewed By Godfrey EMasseria Bosco is located a little way off the main road, deep within large olive groves. We hugely enjoyed five nights here, in a well equipped and comfortable room. The hotel was not busy, but we were so well looked after by the family and staff in every respect. They offered good suggestions for our daily trips in the area, with maps and information to help. We particularly enjoyed their own excellent wines and in the restaurant, which is itself a most interesting room, we were treated to an excellent menu of dishes at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was continental but was adequate to satisfy most tastes. Outside, there is a huge pool area, and other seating where the hotel is clearly able to accommodate larger numbers. These were little used during our stay, but would be welcome facilities in busier times.

Reviewed By Torben MI stayed in this Masseria to start a surprise visit to a good friend who is living in a neighboring city. Rooms are very clean and are air conditioned and it is nice to sit on the veranda of every single room and enjoy the warm weather. The patio is gorgeous and you can see that someone really invested some thoughts into it. As I lost my luggage; i realized there might be some minor improvements made like small bottles of free shower gel and all this stuff you get in regular hotels. The staff is super friendly and very caring, had to come back to book for another night some days after my original stay and when doing this, they gave me a free breakfast and some coffee which they didnt have to. Super cool. When in Avetrana, go to this place. Loved it.

Appena arrivati trovate lo staff che vi spiega punto per punto i posti le spiagge e i ristoranti della zona dandovi ogni spiegazione sul territorio. La struttura è pulita e molto bella, a 10 minuti dalle principali spiaggie della zona come quella di Punta Prosciutto, a 2 passi c'è il centro di Avetrana con bar, gelaterie e ristoranti. Bhe ! Che dire?! Noi ci siamo trovati bene e vogliamo consigliarvi questa struttura e credo che vi troverete bene come ci siamo trovati noi. In oltre sono produttori di un buon olio e dell'ottimo vino. La colazione causa covid viene servita nei 2 bar della piazza vicina raggiungibile a piedi Una sola nota negativa per migliorare la struttura sarebbe buono insonorizzate le camere, si sente tutto anche chi russa ? Ci ritorneremo

Good breakfast with fresh fruits and tasty coffee. Shared kitchen, with all appliances, coffee machine, fridge with water and milk. Great location - amazing Punta Prosciuto beach just 8-10min drive away, Avetrana old town is around 1 km away (3min. by car). Private parking near B&B.
