Terrible Stay
Reviewed By 952bijubStayed here for one night. The rooms requires urgent renovation. The switches are broken and not working. The AC kept at 20 Degree was not cooling. There was no hot water at 0600 hours. The refrigerator made noise as if a generator was kept in my room.The rooms were full of mosquitoes when I checked in and no remedies for that. Only plus point is it's location and the food is good. Overall an avoidable place as other good options are available.

Reviewed By drdhirendraThe only plus point of the hotel is that it is close to the airport, only 15 minutes drive otherwise there is no plus point in this hotel. Rooms are small, if you asked for an extra bed then it will be completely packed. They have two restaurants in the hotel and one outside the hotel a roadside Dhaba. When you asked for food, they will serve it only from that dhaba in your room.

Reviewed By NjavarakadanThis is one of the best hotel I ever visited, it's a start up hotel, so we were bit confused whether it's a wrong selection . But the experience was entirely different. The room & facilities that they offer and the hospitality were absolutely amazing , Staff was superb and supportive as their restaurant was yet to open they arranged food for us from their attached restaurant. I would definitely suggest orfila Hotel to anyone without any hesistance

Bad service
Reviewed By Leothomas47Bad service, really frod people working in the reception especially mr.Athul i booked 4 non ac room for my friends one of my friend convert a room to ac by asking the reception But Mr athul who was working on that shift didn't have the common sence to chek out the vecated non ac room. And argued with with me roughly to pay for the unused room. And I have to pay for the un used room too. Be careful with these guys especially athul.

Absolute Disappointment and totally unhygienic- Horrible Horrible Experience
Reviewed By RupaliraAs soon as I entered the rooms it was a nightmare, the rooms were unhygienic, bedsheets were stained and we're not fresh as they had hair on it. Washroom floors had hair all over. No sanitization done in front of me as claimed while booking. Service was very terrible, no tissue rolls, no soap or towel was provided untill I requested. I requested for a room change immediately and the other room was even worse. Worst stay experience ever.
