Unacceptable noise in fantastic hotel
Reviewed By David MThis is a very modern, stylish hotel with lovely rooms. Furniture brand new, bathroom and showers amazing. Lovely pool, smashing rooftop garden area, pool bar (pricey) has very friendly staff. The harbour and promenade are 200m away. There is a supermarket 50m away. So far so good. But each day AT 7am, building work starts on the extension to the hotel. You’ve never heard a louder alarm call in your life. So you’d better look on the bright side and make the most of your extended day! And to make it worse, our room is next to the staff office so from about 6.30, you hear them going about their day through the thin walls. What a shame, this place will be amazing next year when it’s finished. Best in Aci Trezza.

The hotel is a great point from where you can go up to the most famous volcano in Europe “Etna” and visit some of the most known and rich of culture places of Sicily such as Acireale baroque city famous for its Carnival, Catania, Taormina, Siracusa, Agrigento, Ragusa, Modica and Noto.
Good location for catania airport.

We picked here because of the location outside the big city and the proximity of the airport for our day of departure ( 18 km ) lots of bars and restaurants to pick from along the front with beautiful sea views out to the famous rock formations. There is a bar and coffee shop on site, rooms were very well appointed,clean, and we had a balcony. Good choice if you want to visit the big city but prefer to withdraw to a quite location come evening.

Shady Owners Opening Too Soon
Reviewed By michaeltA3716ANOn the webpage, it's a very nice hotel. A spa, gym, pool, many conference halls, rooms with balconies, a cafe and banquet hall. In reality, it's a shadow of its former self. Very little of it's amenities are actually available. The spa, gym and pool are closed. The conference rooms are being worked and are months away from being ready. The bottom centers and spa look like a crypt and were closed during our visit. Wifi doesn't even work. Rooms didn't even have toilet paper. Electrical issues made one of our companions miss her alarm. Rooms were not cleaned. Beware the shady owners. They conned us into paying for a dinner we didn't ask for. They lied when we asked about the whereabouts of one of our travel companions saying she was in when she wasn't. Significant incompetence with the staff otherwise. The porter is capable of only doing one thing at a time. Only manager speaks English. Very little coordination among the skeletal crew Food was the only highlight for dinner though with huge portions. Breakfast is just deli meats, rolls, and cornettos though. 1/10. Would not recommend.

The B&B Oasis has spacious rooms they are been restructured and endowed of new and modern forniture. Each rooms has: tv color, air-conditioned, private bathroom and Wi-Fi high speed connection. For the guests: ample balcony and garden with a sea view are equipped by: sunshades, hammock, table and chairs. The self-service breakfast is served with formula self-service, the balcony or garden in the beautiful season, and it consists of a continental buffet (milk, coffee, the, fruit's juice, cornets, briosche, jams, etc.)

Reviewed By Neve97I had a really pleasant stay at Oasis. It's conveniently located to everything and my room had a nice sea view. The balcony was shared with another room so I imagine this could become a problem at times. The room was spacious and comfortable. Aircon and wifi worked well. Breakfast was out on a small terrazza with a view to Acicastello. The B&B is run by four guys. Carlo was great but one of the others was distinctly unfriendly. Perhaps he's nicer to Italians? I thought the price was excellent for the location and season and the shuttle service to Catania was good too (grazie Carlo!). I'd definitely stay there again.

The swiwwing pool has see sight to Etna. The villa has large green gardens with palmes and flowers. We got relax and recreation.
