All levels of riders will enjoy the peacefulness of the trail listening to the birds sing while passing through mature woods, open fields, an old orchard and crossing small streams. Deer and turkey sightings are common during the rides. Arrangements can be made for younger riders (under 10 years) to enjoy a 1-hour Gold pony ride session including grooming, tacking and bathing their pony while parents enjoy the trail ride. Offering 1 and 2-hour trail rides; pony rides (from 15 minutes to 1 hour); birthday parties; private rides and boarding/leasing.

We visIted The Ranch on a beautiful Sunday Morning. The staff is very friendly and informative. My horse was MAC and very well groomed. COVID-19 safety measures were all in place. We did a 1 hour trail ride through the beautiful enchanted woods and fields. The staff took pictures for us and sent the link right after our session!! I highly recommend for all ages.

Such a great experience!! Willy and Diane were amazing and so helpful. We had a nervous rider and Willy walked her and the horse the entire time. He made her comfortable and calm. The grounds were STUNNING and horses were taken care of and sweet. 10/10 experience, we can’t wait to go back. Thank you guys!

We had the most wonderful experience! Thank you Gord and Heather for a memorable experience! I was lucky enough to ride on Nugget during our two-hour trail ride, she was amazing. I will most definitely be back next year for another ride.

I highly recommend anyone who wants to go horseback riding to got check out Whispered Dreams Ranch. It is an absolute gem! My friend and I ventured there for a 1 ½ hour ride. She is an experienced rider, I am not. Jeff was amazing. I never once felt like the only non horse rider. He paired me with my perfect match, Dawn. The trail was breath taking but my highlight was Pedro, the Donkey. He decided to join us on the trail and added great energy. The whole experience was one of my highlights of my trip! Hoping you find this excursion. It is just outside of Thunder Bay and for that reason does not show up on a search for the Thunder Bay Area of things to do. I hope Trip Advisor changes this setting as it deserves to be right up there with all Thunder Bay excursions.
