Oh my goodness. I love my ice cream and have tasted many versions from gelato to American ice cream to Argentinian helado. But this is by far my favorite of the world that I have yet tasted. We arrived at 11am, as we wanted to make sure that all flavors were still available. The owner suggested the MIXED ice cream cone. The flavors were arranged so that you have a taste of the refreshing rose water and then various fruit flavours, followed by the rich flavors of almond, chocolate, and pistachio. And to finish the experience, a lovely milk? -type ice cream. You can tell it is made with fresh ingredients and with lots of skill. Tasting this ice-cream really has made us realize that there is an ART to ice cream making.
