We’d been fat tire biking one time before and loved it, so we were very excited to check out what Nor Door Sports had to offer. My husband and I love snow sports, so we brought our own helmets – they also have helmets to rent. Stretch was so accommodating and helped us with our rentals. After a quick tutorial, he gave us a great map of the nearby trails in Peninsula State Park, and we were on our way. As I mentioned, we’ve done snow biking before in mountainous terrain, but were completely blown away by how beautiful the scenery and trails were in the park. About halfway through our ride, snow started falling – and the only way I can describe it is magical. I would recommend bringing goggles or sunglasses (fat snowflakes can definitely get into your eyes) but overall, such an amazing way to get active during winter months!

We made a spontaneous trip up to Door County for a few days and wanted to cruise Peninsula State Park on a nice day so we rented a couple of mopeds and had an absolute blast. The folks were great in getting us set up with helmets and gloves as it was chilly. The Yamaha’s they rent were great. And in an hour we went across the entire park and checked out tee times at the golf course for later in the day. Next time I’d do the two hour rental and make more stops. Great fun!

Island Rides Bicycle Rental

Reviewed By davistabby - Juda, United States

We contacted Island Rides Bicycle Rental on the 4th of July and they had bikes ready for us within a half hour. The well mapped bike route took us to many of the sweet spots on Washington Island and it was a perfect way to spend the day. We sipped wine slushies, became members of the Island Bitters Club, journeyed to the far end of the island for soup and sandwiches, and stopped for ice cream. We packed food and planned to only be out for a couple of hours, but we enjoyed the tour and stops so much that we didn't need our food and took the whole day. I would highly recommend as a fantastic way to see the Island.

Annie's Island Moped Rentals

Reviewed By LJeska

Highlight of our honeymoon was seeing Washington Island on mopeds! Annie’s was a short walk from the ferry. The staff did a great job orienting my husband and I to the mopeds as we have never driven anything like it before. They have a short practice course to drive on before you hit the streets of the Island. Annie’s staff gave us a map with points of interest on it which was a awesome way to ensure we saw all the sights of the island! I would highly recommend seeing Washington Island via Annie’s mopeds.

South Shore Pier

We had a beautiful morning on the water today on a pontoon boat we rented from South Shore Pier. The boat was in tip top condition, Noah the deck hand was friendly and courteous and professional. What a great experience!
