I visited this shop during a snowboarding trip from 2/2-2/9/20. My binding broke while snowboarding at Lake Louise. I came in looking for the part to fix it. They found the part in the back and gave it to me for free! They were such great chill people, I decided to do all my souvenir shopping there. Definitely will visit this shop again when I come to Banff.
