Took 21 13 year olds for a football team end of season night out! They have a fabulous time and left the event high as kites! Great value for money and staff couldn't have been anymore helpful if they tried. The book-in staff, cafe staff and track staff all made the night a great experience..... even when some of the boys were sin binned. Also couldn't have been anymore helpful when one of the boys forgot which locker and the number for it...........they helped him find his jacket.

Larkhall really is the premier outdoor karting track in Scotland at the moment and looks like it will remain so for the foreseeable future. The track recently just got a large and expensive extension and a great update to the paddock overall. The track is mainly used for owner-drivers but recently added a fleet of hire karts for the general public to use to allow them too to experience one of the most technical tracks in the country! The paddock is very well maintained but upon first arrival it isnt too clear where you are supposed to go to sign in if you have booked a session. Perhaps a sign added somewhere would be helpful but thats really just nitpicking. The first place we assumed it would be was in the cafe at the entrance and we were correct but an extra sign anyway would be good. Sign in is very straight forward and quick too which helps. If you dont go karting regularly there is plenty of safety equipment that is provided for you to use that is included in the cost of the track time, such as the race suits, helmets and gloves all at various sizes in order to provide the best fit to each person so there are no extra hidden costs. A full and detailed safety breifing is provided and then its on to the track! Track time is split into 15 minute sessions and the majority of marshal posts are manned at all times during the session so there is always someone close by to help out if an incident was to occur. The new track layout is a real improvement but there is a small section of the track that is particularly bumpy! I dont know if this is going to be fixed or resurfaced in the future, but again, that just nitpicking. overall we had a great experience here. The karts were all very similar and the staff were top notch and super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend going along, especially if you go karting regularly. The only small downpoint really is the price. At £30 for 15 minutes or £55 for 30 minutes it really isnt cheap! However, the quality of the service you receive really is of the best quality. Will definitely be back at some point!

We went to the Breakfast with Santa event this morning. I had gotten lost and was running 20 minutes late (it involves a bad GPS system and badgers, a story for another day) and the staff were incredibly friendly and got us seated and served super quickly. I was feeling flustered as it was and it was so helpful that we got settled in immediately and in no time we had our drinks and food. My daughter is only two so still doesn’t fully understand Christmas yet but she loved the elves who chatted up her while she ate pancakes and watched Santa as he told us stories and sang songs before getting one on one time with him and a present! A great little morning, brilliant staff and will definitely be back next year!

I’ve been taking my 3 grandkids to this play area since almost birth , the selection for infants is fantastic and others I’ve visited fail in comparison .Pkayzone is always warm which in the wet and old is great for kids , the price again in comparison to others is great value for money . The add ons like machines and rides again are minuscule compared to some other soft play areas . Finally the cleanliness comments blow me away , the staff are never off the floor clearing tables etc and those staff are all , friendly efficient and welcoming . This Is a great place for kids to enjoy active play and exorcise My grandkids love it as do I ,

Recently I was approached by another customer on the Saturday who said one of the staff members was helping my son. He is only two and got stuck in the frame and the customer said he was quite coughing and couldn’t breathe. The first aider who went down (young boy brown hair) to him thank-you ever so much I never caught your name. My son gets quite upset like that and won’t talk to anyone when I’m not there. Thank-you ever so much for helping my little boy. Shows you the staff member actually care about the children xx please please pass this onto the young boy who helped my son it was very much appreciated x ❤️❤️
