Our family of 4 tackled this room as the perfect Father’s Day gift. We didn’t get out in the hour, but we had a lot of fun trying. There were lots of locks and puzzles to solve and it had a good mixture of riddles, math, secret hiding spots, etc. Staff were friendly, gave hints as needed/asked for and made us feel like we were really close to getting out. This escape room is located in the visitor center. There is a beautiful park and kids playground across the street. The Lismore castle is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Park in the area was free.

Axe Junkies Urban Axe Throwing

What Is Axe Throwing? Think of it as darts but with an axe! We think it’s one of the most exciting and fun activities that you can do. Did we mention how satisfying hitting a bullseye is! You’ll be slinging axes side by side against your friends or colleagues, hitting bullseyes and cheering on your mates. All backed up with great music and atmosphere and a chance to socialise between throws.

Tramore racecourse is where 'the turf meets the surf' and it is one of the most intimate stages for racing in Ireland. The 4-day mid-August festival (incorporating 3 evening meetings) has everything a summer racing festival should have: sun (usually), sea, sand, spectacular racing and anything else that takes your fancy on a hot summers day.
