The madam was going to tour us the brewery and show us how to pair food. She had health condition problem, so her brother ( I guess who is the CEO) lectured us the process of making Balsamico. He was very good presentation and everything he Showed us and told us was extremely interesting. Then he recomended three examples of usage of Balsamico. All of them tasted great. They also have cookbook in English as well as Q code shows us the cooking book. We really appreciate the CEO to be very kind for us and answering all the questions as well as pick up at the station.

I use to travel very often abroad - mostly in the States - and more I travel, more I understand how important is for the people who come from all the World discover the real authentic products and being educated on them! The market is honestly too full of the fake ones! I’m a producer of the authentic DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar - not the easily one that you find at the supermarket - and I’ll tell you its history and why locals love it so much! It’s not born to be a business like many of the others, it represents a great part of our local culture. We will also visit the production of the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, that’s a local family business where no one speaks English and last but not least, the Winery that wonderfully represents the essence of the Made in Modena. Because Modena is really the realm of fast cars&slow food. Com’on, live the experience with locals and learn authentic informations on our typical products!

Inclusions: You'll taste a few tastings of the representative products in each place, which means different ages of balsamic vinegar, diggerent ages of parmigiano cheese and different kinds of wine

Dear Tripadvisor community, If you are looking to do a tour of an Acetaia while you are in Modena look no further than Acetaia Malagoli. The place itself is so authentic to its roots, Sofia explains everything that needs to be known about Modenese traditions and the importance of Aceto Balsamico to the local culture. Honestly, it was the best experience I have done in Modena.

An easy way to see the best Parma has to offer! Mattia is an excellent guide, with a lot of knowledge and passion for the food and his region. The tour is very informative and personal. You’re visiting small, artisanal production and see the real process, not staged. The tasting was lovely as well. I came in the off season and booked last minute, and yet Mattia was very fast in confirming the tour and responding to my messages. Not every tour operator allows booking for one person as well - this was a great exception. Treat yourself to this gem of Parma!
