Hosts Sioban and Carlo Baldini are famous for their warm hospitality both at the cooking school, the Wildwood Valley Cottages, and their Italian tour business Mad About Tuscany. Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry and further Thai training at Sydney's Longrain. Carlo hails from Cortona, Italy and loves to share his knowledge through the Wood-fired class.

For the more casual customer, why not unwind on our lawn with a picnic hamper or enjoy an espresso in our Cafe. The kids will love our playground, set amongst the gardens which includes climbing frames, slides and swings. The Cellar Door has retained its rustic look with the wooden floors and Jarrah counter coupled with modern and simplistic fitouts to create a space where you can relax and experience the natural pleasures of some of the Margaret River’s finest environments while tasting Rivendell Winery Estates celebrated range of premium Margaret River wines.
