The Nut Merchant is dedicated to offering a selection of the finest nuts and nut based products sourced from around the world. We got our start in 2009 when we introduced a choice of gourmet treats that were gluten free, nutritious and delicious. Seven years later we moved into our new permanent location at Granville Island Public Market, a great place for foodies and families from around world.

We are a family owned blueberry farm offering delicious blueberries grown locally in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Our family has been farming for over 20 years, and with over 100 acres of blueberries we are dedicated to growing great tasting blueberries at an affordable price. Open from the last weekend in April to the last weekend in September this Farmers' Market offers a unique experience of a permenant outdoor marketplace including vendor booths, a food barn, a bandshell for local music and a miniature train that runs during the Sunday market. You will find fresh, local, organically grown produce, meats and eggs as well as fresh baking and preserves. There's plenty of ready to eat food to keep you satisfied as you listen to live music, enjoy local craftspeople and relax around the stage or the children's sandbox. For a relaxing experience to help you get a good sense of what Powell River community feels like, join us from May-Sept on Saturdays from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and Sundays from 12:30 pm - 2:30pm at 4365 McLeod Road.
