The Tipografia Grifani Donati founded in 1799 and currently managed by the seventh and eighth generation , it is a place where you can admire and enjoy the three printing techniques still in use in the structure such as: Typography ( printing process ) , the Calcografia ( engraving process ) and the lithography ( planographic process ) . Ketos is Jonian Dolphin Conservation research center funded in partnership with other local partners. Equipped with attractive and highly technological tools, a laboratory with scientific equipment and a classroom, Ketos is the place where citizens meet the sea and the marine mammals of the Golfo di Taranto. A Mar Grande and Mar Piccolo tour on board of our catamaran is included in the entrance.
