Reading the reviews we were a bit reluctant to book this tour. But it turned out to be a great day! The scenery is amazing and Josephine adequately led the group from one place to another. If you like to spend a lot of time in one place, than this is not the tour for you because you don't get an awful lot of time at the different spots. But if you're looking for a tour in which you want to see many things in one day, then we would definitely recommend it. Josephine was very friendly and was willing to explain a lot. Everything was perfectly organized and the lunch was amazing.

Our party of 5 traveled to Taipei in November and we went on a 4 day private tour with Justaiwan Tour. I worked with Max to plan the trip and he was extremely patient in answering all my questions and worked with me to modify my itiniaries. Warren was our tour guide and he was very accommodating, going out of his way to make sure that we had a good time. He was even willing to adjust his work hours and worked longer on certain days so that we can keep up with our itineraries. The tour company and Warren were very responsive; they made us feel like we had a family in Taipei who's always watching out for us to make sure that we are safe and have a great time. I reccomended the tour company to all my family and friends and will definitely contact them again when I return to Taiwan.

I had a great day! My tour guide Cipher was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly the right places to go, at just the right time to see them, eg Avoiding the crowds at the Palace Museum and then later watching the sunset over Taipei city from xiang shan (Elephant Mountain) - Beautiful!

We've dealt with Eddie form Yolo tours on many occasions while preparing our tour in Taipei. Eddie was always available and was getting back to us within a short period of time. We had booked a 2 days tour with another couple joining the Celebrity cruise to Asia on October 2020. Unfortunately with the Covid-19, we had to cancel our cruise therefore cancelling the Taiwan tour and as soon as we advised Eddie, the refund we had paid for the tour was back to our bank account within 1 hour. We had some issues with "Paypal" and Eddie was always ready to support us during the process of the refund. Yolo tour is a very reliable company and we will never hesitate to do business with them if we ever visit Taiwan and we strongly recommend this tour operator for your private excursion in Taipei.. Organized well and looked after throughout, everyone was very helpful, polite and friendly. All train tickets were subsidized and got to experience the high speed rail from Taipei to Taichung. The guides coordinated everything well and you are in good hands. If you are a slightly older couple you might prefer the security of being brought right up to the platform of the stations to and from your hotel room. If you are a bit younger and prefer to explore a bit more on your own it might be worth organizing the trip by yourself. Takoro Gorge was the highlight of the trip, an amazing experience.
