This Dam is located near 15 Kms from Ratlam. The dam has tried to ease the water shortage issue for the farmers close to Ratlam. In winter time there is a nice breeze at the dam so a great place for a picnic

Tigra Dam

Reviewed By Manu_Pasha - Bengaluru, India

A late afternoon visit to Tigra was an awesome experience. Calm environment, nice landscape, water full of Crocs. Yes. Crocodiles. This place has boating options. Shorter trips to long distance motor boat ride. We opted for the full tour in motor boat. We went to the far reaches and the experience was breathtaking. We could see plenty of crocodiles in their natural habitat. We easily saw 15-16 crocodiles. The place also has a historical story behind it as well. Overall, had an amazing time. Definitely recommended.
