We took this tour from Salzburg and it was a great one! We had a great experience between nature and this wonderful palace. The guide was very informative and was with us the whole time. We enjoyed the boat ride on the lake with the mountains in the background. Arriving on the island we had a nice walk through the nature to get to the palace. The foutains were jsut amazing. I have been to Versailles but this palace was way more and better than expected. The mirror room and the unfinished parts to see the comparison between the finished and the unfinished part was just amazing. On the way back the guide took us through the Bavarian countryside. We never got to take the day trip to Austria tour we prepaid for last summer due to the pandemic. Sure it would’ve been nice. I was, however, frustrated about the refund policy! Not only was the company a stickler about not giving us a full refund (though it was not our choice to cancel), they would only issue the refund through Pay Pal which charged us an additional international fee! What a rip off! Very disappointed at their overall lack of flexibility. Consumer beware!!

The Admont Abbey library was our main reason for choosing Austria as a vacation destination. It did not disappoint. I feel like I had plenty of time to take all the photos I wanted here, which was much appreciated. Hallstatt was equally as amazing, but very congested with so many tours there. It's a must see! These tours we booked through this company were all very good. They make plenty of stops (albeit quick stops) during the drive.

My husband and I booked a tour very last minute. It's covid time so I didn't think it would be a problem to book only the day before rather than 3+ days ahead. Due to covid, we were the only people on our tour so we got a very lovely private tour. Our guide even gave me quite a bit of interesting info about Salzburg. It was my first time visiting the city and I didn't know much about it other than it being the filming location for The sound of Music. He was also very helpful for giving us tips regarding the rest of our trip to the city such as showing us the location of an interesting lift up to the Mönchsberg and informing us that we could hike from there to the Festung, which was our ultimate destination. Overall extremely helpful! Our guide was quite funny and very knowledgeable about the film and the filming locations. I came prepared with a bunch of questions to ask and he answered them all with ease! Plus he was completely prepared with the soundtrack and not only was he understanding that I wanted to sing along, he said that most people typically do! Our guide drove us through the beautiful countryside and through lots of small dorfs on our way to Wolfgangsee and a quick photo op and to stretch our legs. Then we were on to Mondsee and the Basilika St. Michael. We had a lovely brunch stop in Mondsee. We found a table overlooking the basilica square and had a lovely brunch. Afterward, we were on our way back to Salzburg while singing along with the soundtrack. I would very much recommend this tour as we had a terrific time and our guide was so helpful and knowledgeable! Also of note -- the company required masks to be worn while inside the tour van, which we were already prepared for, but our guide also wore a mask which was very nice to see.

This tour was not my list even though I knew about it. It rained so we did it. OH MY GOD, wow that was time well spent. The travel distance going into the mine was unbelieveable. Seemed it went on forever. The slide was so smooth, something you can not do in the states, we went down as a family. That was fun to be together to experience. Well worth your time. In fact we are going back to the region and I have researched other salt mines and we are going to them also.

The guide was very friendly and answered all of the tour's questions. She was very knowledgeable about Bratislava's history and recommended some traditional food as well as a few local cafes and restaurants (we followed her guide and we loved the food, of course). The driver was also outgoing and seemed interested in Malta's culture, cuisine and lifestyle. We also had a change to stop by the palace on the other side of the road to see the beauty of Bratislava from a panoramic vantage point. I recommend spending 20-25 minutes here to take some photos. Overall I highly recommend this day trip if you have a free day in Vienna. You will probably feel quite tired after the excursion, so you can ask the driver to drop you by Stadpark for a superb end to your day. FYI: The driver will pick you up at your accomodation and will drop you off wherever you want in Vienna (which is a bonus). Thank you to the organizers and all of the staff involved!

We were very fortunate to meet Phillip and his excellent tour and car service company. From my many booking questions, to the actual day of service, everything was thorough and 5-stars. He speaks perfect English, yet is a local German who knows every shortcut and fast-track around the city. You feel like you are VIP when you go on a tour with him. We hired him for 2 airport transfers and a full day tour and each was spectacular and efficient. His 7-series is excellent, even better equipped than the S-Class and it had free in-car wifi as well as the executive back seat package. The BMW is definitely the car to get. Phillip anticipates your needs, and is pleasant and easy going at all times. I highly recommend treating yourself to his services when you are in Munich, it will elevate your trip to the next level. We are already thinking about how we can incorporate him into our next European trip. Thanks Phillip.

This tour was just the best. Only 7 people and Jan our wonderful tour guide. There was singing and wonderful information during the course of the tour. Our lunch stop at St Gilgin was fantastic and the views evev better. Would recommend this tour to everyone,
