Visiting Lima is always a rewarding experience! We booked an early evening visit to the awesome "Huaca Pucllana" inca ruins, rather impressive with the scenic lights on. Right after the visit, reservations were made at "Huaca Pucllana Dining Experience", a restaurant by the acclaimed Chef Marilú Madueño! No need to say we got a table almost in front of the main pyramid! What a feeling! We had a fantastic dinner, with courteous and kind service, a nice wine and Chef Marilú Madueño outstanding cuisine - Italian flavors and Peruvian touches. We loved the experience! Bon Appétit!

Happy Gringro could have just kept my payment and not honored my trip as it was my error in booking. They actually called me and made arrangements to Make a modified personal tour for me and my wife later the same day. That is customer service at its best. I had the error they had no obligation to help and they did. I strongly recommend this group. Marco was very knowledgeable .

My friend and I booked a Peruvian Tour with this agency on February 2020 and we paid 1250 USD each of us. After 1 month, due to the COVID-19 we had to cancel the tour and from that day the troubles began. They started in a fine way, they told us that they will give us the entire refund in few days. The days had passed and today February 2021 we don't have received yet the refund (neither a part of it) and they has stopped answering pour emails, calls. We don't know what to do anymore, next step is to go with the legal and we will do it. We absolutely don't recommend this agency at all to none.

We had a great day, without rain !! We did the short trail, it was a tough climb but it was worth the effort, the Laguna is very beautiful and the view you have from the highest point is spectacular, it is very cold and the height of the place if you feel when you walk The best thing is to drink a coca tea to avoid altitude sickness. If you don't want to walk, you can rent a horse, although you have to do the last section on foot anyway. The tour with South America Exploor is highly recommended !!

I had never been to Peru , spoke very little Spanish and was travelling alone. Security was a major concern -as was finding my way around. I found Peruvian sunrise on TripAdvisor and made contact , inquiring as to possible tours. Jannik was able to discern what type of trip would be suitable from a brief email exchange. A trip was created to the Amazon , the sacred valley and macchu picchu, and lake titicaca. It was customized to accommodate the types of hotels preferred, and upgraded rail journeys to aguas calientes and puno. The final itinerary was settled after review and consultation. But the proof was in the implementation and delivery. From the moment I exited the airport in Lima every pick up was there waiting. Every departure to the various airports was arranged. Every ticket and voucher was provided. Every hotel was up up standard - and it was clear that care had been taken to select them. Even when some pickups were scheduled to be extremely late or early the guides were there on time as promised . Even one missed pickup in a strange country could have been disastrous given the very extensive travelling involved in this trip -but on every single occasion what was promised was what was delivered. I returned from a slightly hectic trip with memories for a lifetime - and with great appreciation for the care, preparation and coordination of Peruvian sunrise in ensuring that it all went smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and would definitely use it again on any return trip.
