I spontaneously contacted Manju the day before our Indian cooking course. WhatsApp was used and there were no issues booking. Once we arrived at a lovely home using Uber, we were invited to the cooking area. It was amazing to use such fresh ingredients and be guided by a knowledgable and friendly chef. We cooked 4 curries this time, but I’m looking forward to trying other dishes.
