Uvala Maslina (in english: Olive Bay) - This is the bay and beach of Utjeha, a small and peaceful city on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro. Just a few minutes on foot you will find the modern and luxurious 4-star holiday apartments in peaceful and comfortable surroundings. The apartments are tastefully equipped and offer space for up to 6 people. A free parking spot is available by the object and we offer a corresponding transfer (optional) for those arriving by plane. The Minna Apartments are located in the south of Montenegro in the quiet, picturesque town of Utjeha. The Minna Apartments complex consists of two facilities with various apartments. All apartments are modernly furnished. Three-room studio apartments and large two- or three-room apartments for up to eight people are available. Each apartment is equipped with high-quality furniture, a private balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Each apartment is equipped with an entrance hall, large kitchen, bathroom (most with a washing machine), living room, bedroom (some with two bedrooms and additional bathroom), air conditioning, WiFi and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Guests will also find a large rooftop sun terrace with tables, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue and mini playground for children and a large fenced pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Entrances to all apartments are located at the back inside the building with stairs, balconies of all apartments face the sea. The villa has three large free parking lots and a garage (for Minna 2 guests).

An Extraordinary host that makes your stay amazing
Reviewed By Louisd1970We arrived there without any reservation during high season, she made her possible to find us a room, she did even contact fiends to help us, finally we did stay there for 2 nights, the rooms are really clean and have well working AC and an amazing view on the sunset, the hotel has an extraordinary location, close to big cities,with the calm of a private beach. I definitely recommend the place and this host !! Thanks for everything you did

Extraordinary vacation with amazing view
Reviewed By allrounder1331I stayed at Kapriz last year for a week. The establishment is new, spacious, cozy and well equipped (especially kitchen). Aircon worked very well. 100% satisfied. The apartment has stunning view to the bay from balcony, sea is 2 minutes walking, as well as restaurant/bar. All we needed. Water was warm, clear and beach maintained. I would recommenced this place and I'm planning to go there this year as well.

A very nice place
Reviewed By Huesca39We stayed in bungalow with terrace three nights in Mai 2015 and we really liked it. The owner is very friendly and helpful; the bungalow is spacious enough for three persons with 3 dogs, very clean and cozy. There was a large garden with olive trees; the place is quiet and peaceful. The dogs are welcome as well and that fact isn’t a commonplace in Montenegro. I can recommend the accommodation, especially the bungalow.

Reviewed By Dan_SerbiaThis is family owned place so they treat guest like their family members. We felt like we were at home, literally! Apartment was spotless, with everything you need in it.. Towels, plates, cutlery even a shower gel, wifi worked well! Every apartment have balcony with a million dollar worth sea view view. There is a pool with sea salt water wich is being emptied and cleaned every 2 days! This place is great because its away from the crowd so if you want to enjoy the nature and peace, its right choice for you!

Our hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque bay in Utjeha, near Bar. It has the cleanest water in all of Montenegro, so every year it attracts tourists from all over the world. Also, the main attractions of Montenegro are located close to the apart-hotel, which will simplify their visit. We want guests to feel at home here, so we carefully thought out everything for a comfortable stay with us

Ещё для нас было важно то , что сам поселок очень тихий , в прошлом году отдыхали в Будве , это была полная Ж ( людей много, грязь ) , а в Утьехе очень комфортно. Мы рекомендуем !
