Traditional elegant apartments, 10 Km away from the port of Hermoupolis, 10 km from the airport, 50 m from from the sandy beach of Foinikas adn 100 m away from the marina. Bus station just in the entry. Shops 20 m away. It iw constituted by 4 studios and a two rooms appartment. All the appartments have a fully equiped kitchen (cookware, water boiler, toaster, coffee maker), with a small stove and a refrigerator. There is also an aircoditioner and a hairdryer in all the appartments. Activities in village area: swimming, sailing, hiking, biking, scuba diving etc.

We made great greek salads for lunch with the cleanest and freshest ingridients from the organic vegetable shop in the village. We enjoyed sitting on the little balcony with a view over the bay. Great life quality!! The host - Angeliki (?) - was very helpful and kind. When she heard that I was curious about the herbs on the island, she brought me a box with herbal tea from Cycladic Organics!! And some small samples from the series Aegean Beauty. The maid Rosa also helped kindly with information when we asked. If we ever go back to Finikas we will stay there again!!

Wonderful vacation
Reviewed By WefllExtremely clean room, spacious apartment with big balcony and great view. Direct access to the beach. Very good service and communication with the landlords. Overall we had an amazing time and we will visit again in the future!

Reviewed By redman5314Needs renovation because the facilities and rooms are very old. But they are helping people and the location is good. Not good at all for wheelchair though. And with many steps. Very good view of the sea.

Located 50 meters from “Agia Marina” bus stop, which is connected to the port (10 km), the airport (8 km) and the other villages of the island. In front of the complex at 30m. -protected by the summer winds (meltemia)- is a small bay with pebbles, ideal for swimming or fishing. Within 50 meters there is a beach with sand and trees. Renovated in 2015, it features bright and spacious apartments of one bedroom with fully-equipped kitchen. Also in an separate neighboring building, three double rooms for which a kitchen-on the same floor-is available in common use. Apartments & rooms have a spacious covered terrace with panoramic sea view. Clients have the possibility to prepare breakfast on their own, in their room or take breakfast in our breakfast room. A homemade breakfast with local products is served daily. Large garden with playground available to children. Wood oven at the disposal of customers. Free Wi Fi internet. Free parking. Pets allowed on request for a fee. The management provides tourist information and can assist you with your travel arrangements. Our receptionist speaks English and French. We are looking forward to welcome you to Agnadi and to proved you our services. We know how to respect your uniqueness and your holidays!
Really couldn't be better, exceeded our expectations by far!
Reviewed By Patrick_B_1956Louisanna and her family were amazing, made you feel part of the local life. Just one example of many, we arrived at midnight and she asked if we would like to go with her to a typical Greek festival - we grabbed the chance, blown away by this party of 1000 people, with live music, local dancing, food and drink, and sat with her family so we didn't feel out of place. Finally left at 3, exhausted but delighted. The semi-private beach is about 60m from the apartment, we swam there most days, crystal clear water. The weather was hot, around 30C, but not uncomfortable as there is usually a warm breeze. But back to Louisanna, who really made the holiday something else, she finished by making us 10 pots of jam as a gift, fruit from her garden. Not to mention the fresh figs that she supplied us with. But she is typical of the locals, people went out of their way to help. Not too surprised to be told that the last crime was 2 years ago, the whole place felt very safe even in the main town. We didn't need a car, the bus goes twice/hour to the town and the other beaches but one day we hired a moped for 15 Euros and toured the wilder north of the island with even better beaches! I could go on but I won't, but do feel free to contact me if there's anything else you want to know.

Just perfect idyll
Reviewed By 716juliapThe pictures don't do this guesthouse justice. It is a wonderful little gem, spotlessly clean, fantastically priced. I just arrived today feeling a little jaded as the prices seemed to have soared in Greece and you struggle to find a sweet little genuine guesthouse. Rena the hostess is really sweet and welcoming. So happy to have found it and will return to the lovely spot.

Reviewed By Nancy VThe big asset of this room is the location! Really close to the port and buses! Very nice decoration and big rooms! Very good choice for students as me and couples! The lady who was cleaning the place was polite but looked really tired (the place doesn't have elevator). She cleaned the place and didn't change all the towels. Also the place( at least my room) didn't have TV (for me is not a problem but for some others maybe it is).

Reviewed By Helen DA welcoming environment. Mrs Konstantza is very kind. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette. The rooms are located 5 minutes from the center through the beautiful narrow streets of Syros. We had a pleasant stay!

Nice rooms in Kini, Syros
Reviewed By verokaroPension with rooms 50m from the beach in Kini. The rooms are quite old fashioned, furnished only with the essentials. The is an aircondion but it must be 10 years old....Nice and very hlpful owner and the price of the rooms is quite low. I guess it is value for money!
