Reviewed By MademoiselleHFA beautiful little gem with lots of attention to detail. Very friendly staff and location super central with just a very short walk to the private parking, which is absolutely handy since the centre of Udine is a pedestrian precinct. Also very nice restaurants and shops just around the corner. I’d definitely recommend Mercatovecchio Luxury Suites to anyone who wants to be close to the centre but far from the noisy streets.

Good option for Lignano Sabbiadoro!
Reviewed By nadir hWe stayed 7 night in this summer, it's a nice aparthotel not so far from the beach, 9-10 minutes walk. The rooms are big with comfortable bed, you have also a fridge and a nice terrace. The staff is very helpful and nice. The parking it's not a problem, you can park outside the hotel or into the garage, it's free of charge. The best thing at this hotel is the breakfast : it's absolutely amassing (I was in many hotels and I know what I talk), you have everything, fruits, vegetables, prosciutto, cheese, croissant, different pastry, and many others including proseco(good quality) in every morning! absolutely delightful! You get very good value for what you pay! Around the hotel you can find many good restaurants and also a playing park for the children. For all above, definitely recommended. Thanks for all guys!

Reviewed By Elio MApartment modern with all comforts and a nice free welcome package with local sweet and wine that we have very appreciated. In the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro close to restaurants, banks, supermarket and the beach so ideal for a family holiday.

Per un prezzo contenutissimo (165 euro circa) in cambio abbiamo ricevuto tutto! Ci siamo trovati di fronte a un appartamento privato, moderno, supertecnologico (anche futuristico, direi), con TV smart, cucina con fornelli elettronici, microonde, doccia, due bagni, due letti (di cui un matrimoniale e un divano letto) e frigo bar (gratuito) [il nostro appartamento si trovava all'ultimo piano, in una mansarda molto grande]. Abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di usufruire dell'uso della SPA gratuitamente! Nella struttura ci sono anche altri 2 appartamenti. In cucina avevamo anche un tavolo per mangiare e abbiamo dormito benissimo, perchè i letti erano veramente comodi. Credo sia stato tutto organizzato e sistemato su esigenza dei vari clienti grazie ai due proprietari che sono stati fantastici, cordiali, accoglienti e molto professionali. Ci hanno detto che la struttura è stata aperta solo nel 2021. Ma hanno già tantissimi clienti! Tra i pochi difetti del nostro appartamento, è importante puntualizzare che non c'erano porte a dividere le due stanze da letto e che neanche il bagno con la doccia la aveva. Quindi consiglierei l'albergo solo alle persone che si conoscono da molto tempo e che non hanno problemi reciproci di privacy. Inoltre, non offrono la colazione, ma si può comunque usare la cucina per qualsiasi pasto della giornata. Check-in dalle 16 alle 19. Check-out entro le 11 del giorno della partenza.

Perfect for families
Reviewed By Florian LWe just stayed at Residence Cavanis for 3 nights and were very positive surprised. Very good value for money, spacious rooms, clean and very nice location. The breakfast is not as in a regular 4 star hotels but the concept of being able to get a bite to eat basically 24/7 is really good with kids. I can fully recommend Residence Cavanis and if we come back to Sappada we will stay again.

Great apartments for family vacation
Reviewed By Anna SA very nice apartment-hotel with a great location in quiet street but only 5 minutes from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro. We were accommodated in a two-bedroom apartment with two WC. The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessary items. A small patio with a table is a nice bonus. We had a nice vacation and hope to come back one day.

Reviewed By grunneger58This resort is in a poor state. Needs an overhaul. It is run on a very low budget and this is apparent in everything you experience at the resort. Although Sappada is nice, the resort is in an area of town which clearly needs some investment!

Reviewed By nikoff2008From their office just off Piazza 20 setembre in Tolmezzo, to the apartment l stayed in at Terzo di Tolmezzo, to the ambience, the scenery, the history and absolutely wonderful staff at Albergo Difusso Tolmezzo it is outstsanding value for money and l could not have asked for anything more. Albergo Difusso has accommadation to suit all your needs, whether you are travelling alone or in a large group they've got it covered. l stayed in a restored house typical of the area that had been converted into apartments, seriously, l was stunned by the attention to detail and the location was breathtaking. Fletcher one of the gorgeous girls who works for Albergo difusso was amazing. l had a broken arm while l was there, she took me shopping, to the local bus station for local timetables, to where l was staying and into Tolmezzo coz l was unable to drive, she lives with her family at Terzo and she had to put up with my phone calls about some really dumb things!!! l'm returning there again in november and am counting the days until l arrive

Reviewed By helenaM8905VPEvery evening karaoke til midnight, it was very noisy. Perfect location, about 500 m ski areal. No facilities inside (no bar, no cafe). The nearest shop is 1,3 km (Interspar). Hotel facilities outdated.
