One of our bestsellers in Neo Klima! Within 200 m from Neo Klima Beach, Sklavos Studios features a blossomed garden and a sun terrace with stone-paved alleys and stone benches. It offers self-catering units with views over the Aegean Sea and the mountain. Opening to a balcony, the air-conditioned studios and apartments of family-run Sklavos have a kitchenette with dining area, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. We stayed in Sklavos studios which are located in New Klima. We couldn' t find a better place! The location is wonderful for trips around the island. The beach is 150meters, the view from the terrace is amazing both to the green hills and also overlooking the sea. The beach and the small Port are at walking distance. The beach is with small pebbles. My husband was lucky with a great fish experience. The Port is also excellent for taking sunset photos. The place is quiet with unspoiled nature. Bird's singing will be the first thing you will hear when wake up in the morning. The garden is full with bright colored flowers and fruit trees. The feeling that you can pick up some oranges and lemons directly from the three was sooo nice! The price for the studio is low for all this paradise. And most of all Rica and Dionisii are the most remarkable hosts you can imagine. They will be happy to see you happy. Thank you for every single think you made to let us feel like at home. Thank you for the nice jam from apricot ? We home to come again!

Reviewed By irinapP7259BJΤο κατάλυμα Eden βρίσκεται σε καλύτερο σημείο του χωριού. Και από τα δύο μπαλκόνια βλέπεις απίστευτη θέα. Το σπίτι έχει όλη την άνεση. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι ευγενεστατοι. Μείναμε 11 ημέρες σε αυτό το κατάλυμα και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Όλα ήταν άψογα. Και να δέχονται τα κατοικίδια είναι επίσης πολύ σημαντικό. θέλω να ευχαριστήσω όλη την ομάδα του καταλυματος που μας φροντησαν να περάσουμε όμορφα.

Reviewed By 934valeAbbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura di Meri per 10 giorni, tutto perfetto. Il nostro appartamento era per 4 persone, noi eravamo in 3, e si trovava al piano terra. Semplice e carino, cucina super attrezzata con tanto di forno e grande frigo. Posizionato nella piccola località di Neo Klima che a mio parere è perfetta se si vuole tranquillità ma comunque vicinanza alle spiaggia più belle dell'isola, Panormos, Kastani e Limnonari. Nelle vicinanze, raggiungibili a piedi, ci sono vari ristoranti e mini market. Meri, la proprietaria è carinissima. Nonostante parli solo greco e poche parole di inglese si fa capire. Appartamento pulito giornalmente e lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The closest town (Neo Klima) is not the greatest though so we ended up renting a car and dining in Glossa - much nicer ;) Bliss!

Tranquillo, pratico e a due passi dal mare
Reviewed By RitaCarAbbiamo soggiornato qui 4 gg in un bilocale a piano terra. Non c'è la vista mare che hanno (ma limitata) gli appartamenti al piano superiore ma c'è una verandina terrazzata in cui mangiare proprio comoda e fresca. L'appartamento non manca di nulla: occorrente per la cucina, per la pulizia della casa, fornelletto e piastrine anti-zanzare, phon, aria condizionata, set di cortesia, ottima wi-fi e qualunque cosa occorra Athina è sempre disponibile a procurarla. Il posto è tranquillissimo e a pochi passi da una spiaggetta attrezzata ma occorre una macchina perché le spiagge migliori sono a 5-7 km. C'è un autobus ma non so se sia molto efficiente. Il paesino è nuovo e praticamente si sviluppa a raggiera intorno al porticciolo. Una vera zona-passeggiata non c'è, ma sparpagliati tra le case ci sono 3 o 4 taverne, un paio di supermercati, un punto informazioni, un forno-pasticceria... qualche chiosco e qualche emporio. Manca la farmacia ma in tutta l'isola ce n'è solo una a Glossa (che è un paesino piccolo ma molto più carino) e 3 a Skopelos che in confronto agli altri agglomerati "urbani" è una metropoli. Gli appartamenti Athina sono cmq un'ottima scelta per una vacanza riposante a prezzo onesto e per famiglie. Anche la scelta di Neo Klima è indicata per chi ha intenzione di godere delle spiagge attrezzate più belle dell'isola che sono tutte a pochi km.

The place is ideal for family and young children, offers a great combination of forest and sea and all you can do is relax and enjoy the vacation. Evagelia and Dimitris are always available for any kind of information and made our staying even better. Rooms are cleaned daily with new towels and bedsheet, it is possible to prepare lunch or dinner in the room and kids can enjoy a great kidsgarden with a lot of toys! It is located near the famous beaches of Kastani (10mins with car), Milia and Panormos and you have fast access once you arrive at Glossa port (15mins by car). Definitely a place that makes you want to visit and stay again once in Skopelos!!!below a nice rainbow as we saw it from our balcony? Reviewed By NorthStar727462Maria’s was perfect for our 3 night stay in Neo Klima. The apartment was peaceful, private, spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant for exploring this beautiful island and within walking distance to Hovolo beach which became one of our favourites. However, it is Maria’s and her husbands warmth, kindness and hospitality that made this one of our most memorable holidays!

Reviewed By 860engWe had a great time in Neo Klima and our stay at Lina was amazing. Best vacations ever!!! The beaches are awesome. Hovolo beach is some meters away. You have to go to Kastani too. The village have great cafes and restaurants.

Family vacation-Excellent experience
Reviewed By Karim GWe spent 6 days at Nina’s. we stayed in the maisonette. It was modern and very clean. We also had three other rooms booked as there were 19 of us on a family vacation and all rooms were perfect. Everything was amazing! Costa was a perfect host. The rooms were cleaned everyday and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. The view from the maisonette was incredible. We were referred to Alexandros who has a boat that fits 23. We chartered it for the day and the experience was incredible. The price was right and the day was beautiful! Nina’s is a place I would come back to anytime. It was a perfect vacation. We had a blast and everything was flawless.
