10 Condos in Liverpool: Best hotel deals for 2023

April 24, 2023 Kiesha Cripe

Liverpool's fortunes have historically been tied to shipping. But imports and exports like sugar, spice and tobacco pale in comparison with Liverpool's most famous export of all—the Beatles. Relive the hysteria at the Beatles Story Experience, and check out Paul's childhood home, but also leave time for exploring Liverpool Cathedral and the Walker Art Gallery.

We recently stayed over the jubilee weekend for a hen party. The apartments are excellent- very centrally located, modern decoration and every employee we encountered was very helpful, friendly and accommodating (especially the gentleman who checked us in). The apartments were ready earlier than expected and they were kind enough to take in a balloon delivery and leave it in our apartment for us so it was decorated when we returned from a brunch. Would highly recommend. Car parking is available with lifts straight up into the building which is very handy (some spaces are quite tight and you are best to book in advance).

Stayed here with family, had 3 apartments, first time all our family were together since lockdown/covid. I spoke to the property on numerous occasions as I was panicking as I wanted everything to be perfect, I spoke to Kelsey a few times and she couldn’t of reassured me much more, they say of stay I finally met the person on the end of the phone who had reassured me everything was going to be perfect, and believe me she was right, she is an absolutely angel and goes more then the extra mile, we all had the most wonderful time catching up, Just the reassurance from Kelsey made things better, everything I had asked for like cots, carpark specs, towels was done, even if the property wasn’t nice I’d still return for the service that Kelsey provide, please pass on my regards Mrs C

Beautiful apartment can’t fault it!

We came here on 19th September for a few nights. 3 adults and 2 children. On arriving and looking at building I thought oh goodness what have we booked! Went to reception collected keys and were given directions to wheee to go. Lifts available! Thank goodness as we had a lot of luggage. On entering we were absolutely delighted. It had a long corridor with r cupboards for coats. Have free wi fi. We usually take extensions with us but no need here plenty of plug sockets even in bedrooms. The lounge/kitchen was blue sofas and opened up to the amazing balcony with city views. Also the bedroom adjoining to this had a glass ceiling which u could partially open a couple of the windows if it gets stuffy. Good double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and spacious. It had doors that opened to balcony too but door was faulty so we never used this door again on visit. The kitchen had complementary coffee, sugar and milk. Very welcoming. Fridge freezer is the one I want for our home really amazing, big size with ice dispenser and other fancy things!! Kitchen had all you need if you wished to cook! We didn’t !! And a dishwasher. Liquid etc already there Another room with dresser and double bed with a wardrobe. It had a bathroom with shower in and was of good size with complimentary products The next bedroom again good size with an en suite, lovely shower room Could not fault this really. Ideal for families and kids. Liked the fact that they are strict on who comes and stays and you have to be over 25. They make it clear not to do loud parties and be courteous of others Parking can be done outside property so you can unload. Car park across the road or you can drive a couple of streets and you can see cheaper parking £6 all day with staff about to help and guide lost souls like us!!!! Everything is walking distance all you need is comfy shoes and google map. Off you go and enjoy this beautiful city!! Plenty of places to eat. There is even a restaurant next door to where we stayed. Looked classy but didn’t get a chance to go to as we were always out and about!

Take my advice & don't stay at these apartments. The noise is so bad you won't get to sleep until 5am. This should definitely be in the description of the property. We complained through the night and asked to be moved to a different apartment but wasn't allowed. At 4.30am we actually took the mattress off the bed and put it in the hallway of the apartment. Underneath the mattress was filthy. We complained again in the morning but our complaint wasn't taken serious Don't waste your money. Book elsewhere

City location great, few downsides

Reviewed By Magidoo

We stayed in Hideout Apartment, which for location to all attractions could not have been better, though street wasn’t great, but being in city centre this was understandable. Our main disappointment was that although entry was on ground level, main living area was in basement therefore no windows, felt claustrophobic and in Covid days no fresh air wasn’t great. Bedroom windows were sealed and blinds had to be kept closed as looked into alleyway where there appeared to be people around, twin bedroom directly on pavement. Hot water variable, depending on time of day, a few cool showers were had! Stairs were unhoovered on arrival though bathrooms were clean. Sofa had coins and a cigarette lighter lying in full view, clean towels and toilet rolls were left twice during our five night stay which was good. Overall we enjoyed our trip but wouldn’t pick this particular apt again, more suited to Stag and Hen groups probably.

Value for money

Location was spot on . Booked through Booking.com and when we arrived we couldn’t get in and then had to walk to the company’s office to pay for the room . Would have appreciated knowing this beforehand as I’d have just paid beforehand. Room was clean and comfortable although the kitchen was missing basics like some glasses and cups . We paid £62 for the night and for what we got I think that price was fair .

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Hostels are nicer than this place, you book to stay at the print works apartments pay a lot of money and are mislead to believe you will stay in a nice place. The management move you to another building called podworks which is unclean, unsanitary and a health hazard. £530 for 1 night to stay in a 2 star apartment called podworks. PLEASE BE AWARE! do not stay here. There was blood stains on the sheets and hair everywhere. The bathroom is full of mould and dirt. Every surface is sticky with no cleaning taken place. I would never ever recommend these apartments. Absolutely discusting and disappointing in this day and age to not stay in a clean environment..
