Reviewed By Mike CThe Hotel was located very centrally in Miraflores, near restaurants and Huaca pucclana. The Hotel concierge was excellent. The breakfast was a little lacking and the coffee was minimal for 2 people but the room was great and the room was very clean

Reviewed By josebT8438MJFirst I would like to thank the guys in the front desk. Very helpful and extremely helpful. The host on the other hand...was extremely unorganized. The room looked like it was never cleaned. Beds had stains on them and overall really bad inside. ??

We have 4 efficiency apartments for tourists who wish to stay for periods of a week or more in the Barranco area, although we will book for a shorter period. Each apartment is furnished for the longer stay and has wireless internet connection. Situated in the heart of Barranco ,one block from town square and only half a mile from the beach, yet a quiet and secluded setting.

Reviewed By CgamestStarted off bad when we showed up to the address and there was no one there to greet us. It’s very obscure and when you walk in the gate, there are several doors and residences. We found the right one but rang the bell and called and no one answered. We called out and there was nobody. For our first day in Lima, sitting there with all our luggage it was disconcerting. Finally after calling the host who called someone else and calling out verbally someone at the top apartment finally opened the door and came to give us our keys. The apartment is very simple. It was clean but needed some upkeep. There were cabinet doors falling off and the bathtub/shower was very yellow and old. The biggest complaint was the noise, Peru is very loud in general but this location was especially noisy. The way the apartments are made is that your bedroom faces the bedroom window of the other apartment and it is that way on every floor with an open area inbetween the two rooms. So all the sound from any of the apartments echoes up this open area to your room. At 6 am someone (who was not in our group) would turn on talk shows and BLAST the sound. Every day. It was ridiculous. The first night we were there, there was some sort of siren that sounded like a tsunami or tornado warning siren that woke us up at 4am. Also, the apartment is situated in the same hallway as a chinese food restaurant that opens in the evening. So if you go to bed early, bring your earplugs because the sound from the restaurant reverbates up to your room. It is only a couple blocks to delicious restaurants and grocery stores but frankly it was so loud that we wouldnt stay there again.
