Reviewed By 206hunglHassle check in and check out. Able to early check-in at 12 plus. Spacious room with separate dining and living area. Kitchenette equip with simple cooking utensils. Swimming pool, gym, sauna available at level 8. Centrally located, many eateries places within walking distance. Very peaceful and quiet environment. We had a very relaxing stay. Very recommended. Will come back again in future.

D'espanada Serviced Apartments - two high-rise towers with 600 luxury apartments. Located just minutes from the Singapore Check point at the central area of Johor Bahru. Huge shopping mall connected to it. You can get all you need under one roof.
Dirty & smelly
Reviewed By zulbdsJust return recently for 3 days 2 nights stay from 9th June to 11th June 2022. Simply disgusted, with the room, pillow and bed smells, weak and pathetic wifi signal. Don't even think of booking this apartment please. Will not return even of given free of charge!!!! Have not even receive my RM200 deposit ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

Reviewed By davidandgabbieWe booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries. Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels. Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

Reviewed By fendiseniorNo 1 staycation for me and my family in JB..Cozy and relaxing place for holiday. Stayed in studio at high level with nice clean water swimming pool. Inside the apartment there's ikea sofa bed, carpet, fast speed wifi, super great air con and nice comfy bed to sleep. Overall this is my No1 place to stay?☺Security wise?????

行き方＆入り方が難しい
Reviewed By Bon_sama男3人旅で利用しました。 まずジョホールバルチェックポイントからの行き方(徒歩)が難しかったです。 歩道橋を見つけられれば1本道だったんですけどね。 次にどの建物か分からない！ そして建物まで行った後にどうやって中に入ったらいいか分からない。(結果的には電話やLINEで入口まで迎えに来てもらいました。) チェックイン手続きは至ってスムーズ！ (時間帯が決まってるので気を付けましょう) 3ベッドルームは広いｘ３ 周辺をウロウロしてればコンビニやスーパーやレストランは沢山ありました。

It was my 3rd stay. Very disappointed
Reviewed By Travel_WQStayed here 3x.3rd time was a total disappointment.We booked 2 rms.our transport was late.my friends decide to check out later and went back to their rm.they found hskp cleaning the rm and went back down to lobby. I asked FO what is the official check out time and he said 12pm. So i asked him why the housekeeping is cleaning the room when the room is not checked out yet and it is only 9am. This time he speak in melayu asking me what i am talking about. One of my friend replied him in melayu telling him that they have not check out why is housekeeping cleaning the room and they have not return the room key yet. He argued that they have left the room with their belongings so housekeeping went in. He replied with an unapologetic attitude, giviing us an impression that it is our fault. If we have not check out and it is not even check out time, we still have the right to get back into the room Minimalist Hotel! If your employee replied politely to us, we would come back again.
