Reviewed By 726philippFriendly and very helpful family. Great breakfast with a homemade cake or biscuits. Quiet location when we visited at the end of May but some bars 100m away were yet to open for the season. Nice balcony overlooking a field. Lovely outdoor dining area. Staff could not be more helpful. The included transfers is a great touch and this would be our first choice if visiting Ios again.

Wonderful place to stay
Reviewed By johnmJ9522CTThis boutique space is located centrally and it within walking distance of the port, beach and main shopping area. The rooms are really clean, with great air conditioning and very spacious. The outside area is lovely and the owner is just wonderful. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Reviewed By cristinaverevisWe are a family with 2 teenagers and we booked the apartment in April for our holidays in August. On the hotel site, wasn’t a photo of the apartment as was written « under construction » so when i called the owner she send me a photo of another room telling me that the apartment is under renovation. Well, i didn’t saw any renovation there, the balcony doors didn’t had stopper so when we try to let them open to get fresh air, they were smashing and we had to block them with our shoes or bags, for the 3 A/C we had only 1 remote control, there were 2 tv on the wall, if we can call it tv as their size was as a tablet. There is no parking lot, just a « field » where you can park your car. The wifi quite weak. And i was really surprised when i saw that they bring weekly children from the town for swimming lessons, so there you can’t use the swimming pool which that i don’t find it right for the hotel’s clients. Greece is well known for the warming of their people but here we didn’t saw the owners once in 7 days we stayed as they were much more «interested » in their water sports business. On their site, was written that they do weekly a bbq on the beach but actually they do upon request by the pool which is not the same thing. With 300€ per night, i was expecting much better conditions. With 350€ per night, last year we had a vila of 180m with our own swimming pool with a wonderful sea view in Naxos island, so not worthy for this price.

Reviewed By Kostas iΜόνο το ένα δωμάτιο από τα δύο που είχαμε κλείσει ήταν καλό.Το δεύτερο είχε πάρα πολλά θέματα και η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν είχε καμιά διάθεση να τα επιλύσει.Κλιματισμος υπήρχε μόνο στο καθιστικό όχι στην κρεβατοκάμαρα και καθόλου σκίαση στη βεράντα.

The best place to stay when in ios!
Reviewed By Mari120500Have recently spent a week living at Spyros Place in Ios with my friends. I am SO satisfied! We got breakfast and room cleaning every day and the location of the hotel was perfect. The service was brilliant as we were picked up by car near the ferry and were able to use the areas outside the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone, whether you are going on a trip with your family or with your friends. Thank you for hosting us, Siss, Spyros and Mathilda!

Siamo 5 ragazze e abbiamo scelto la casa per le vacanze, era assolutamente lercia, non veniva pulita da mesi uni dei posti peggiori dove sia mai stata!!. Al nostro arrivo ad accoglierci c’era il bagno pieno di insetti che passeggiavano per la stanza e nei letti per terra vi erano anche le formiche (oltre lo sporco e i cadaveri dei precedenti). Alle nostre sollecitazioni il proprietario ha risposto dicendo che gli insetti non sono pericolosi, tentando di annegarli nel lavandino, sostenendo che non fosse sporco e in modo molto poco educato ci ha dato delle pazze. È stata un’esperienza bruttissima siamo scappate il primo giorno e abbiamo prenotato un’altra struttura, iniziando malissimo la nostra vacanza. Da evitare assolutamente, se non volete rovinarvi le vacanze!!!

Reviewed By Diego SEste hotel esta bien, es un tipico hotel de las islas de Grecia, tiene un buen ambiente y los anfitriones te atienden en forma muy amable. Las habitaciones son normales, pero tienen todo lo que se necesita. Si vuelvo a Ios, probablemente vuelva a este hotel, ya que la relacion precio/Calidad es buena.
