Our apartment-hotel "Monterria" is located 450m from the Adriatic Sea with a beautiful and picturesque beachfront. Along the seaside there are number of coffee shops, restaurants and fun fair attractions. Along the beach lies a quiet peaceful alleyway where you can relax and hide from sun. On the way from the apartment-hotel to the beach you can find local fruit and vegetable markets.
Very nice hosts
Reviewed By CarlaCuadratWe were the only guests for these dates and the hosts were very nice and helpfull with us. The house is no more than 10 minutes walking from the beach. From the balcony we could also sea the sunset, which we totally recommend because the sky and sea turn pink, very beautiful. Plus, we had AC and fridge in the room and parking for the car.

An Extraordinary host that makes your stay amazing
Reviewed By Louisd1970We arrived there without any reservation during high season, she made her possible to find us a room, she did even contact fiends to help us, finally we did stay there for 2 nights, the rooms are really clean and have well working AC and an amazing view on the sunset, the hotel has an extraordinary location, close to big cities,with the calm of a private beach. I definitely recommend the place and this host !! Thanks for everything you did

Nothing missing,you will have more than you need !! Some say that devil is in details; thanks to Michael happiness too !!

Extraordinary vacation with amazing view
Reviewed By allrounder1331I stayed at Kapriz last year for a week. The establishment is new, spacious, cozy and well equipped (especially kitchen). Aircon worked very well. 100% satisfied. The apartment has stunning view to the bay from balcony, sea is 2 minutes walking, as well as restaurant/bar. All we needed. Water was warm, clear and beach maintained. I would recommenced this place and I'm planning to go there this year as well.

Reviewed By Elab19Apartamenty w przyzwoitym standardzie: sypialnia, łazienka, spora kuchnia, taras. Wyposażenie wystarczające- lodówka, telewizor, klimatyzacja (wliczona w cenę). W kuchni wszystkie niezbędne naczynia i sztućce. Cicho i czysto, bardzo blisko plaży. Sympatyczni właściciele. Pokoje mają wspólną kuchnię na tarasie (jeśli to komuś odpowiada). Bezpłatny parking. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. W pobliżu 1 sklep spożywczy, stragany z owocami, warzywami, pamiątkami i sprzętem turystycznym. Bar na plaży i 2 restauracje.

Тройка, с учетом совсем невысокой цены...
Reviewed By ZamorskyВсе в предыдущем комментарии - верно. С одной стороны, 150 метров до пляжа. В августе на пляже было чрезмерно многолюдно, но в целом место уединенное и спокойное, в отличие от. Вечерами тихо. Особенно приятно посидеть своей компанией в саду или на террасе, т.к.территория у апартаментов Президент, действительно, неплохая. С другой стороны, техническое состояние номеров вызывает много нареканий. Кондиционеры не слушаются пультов и в целом не справляются. Бойлер сломался, а когда починили - тек на пол еще два дня. Везде тесно, между кроватью и шкафом не пройти. Жалюзи ходят со скрипом и не затемняют как надо. Убирают по особой просьбе, белье меняют тоже. И это бы ничего, но еще попробуй найди хозяев и работников, чтобы эту просьбу высказать! Хозяева по-своему стараются. Дружелюбны и гостеприимны. Наверное, инвестиций не хватает. И голос слишком громкий, это точно.

Perfect location, very spacious rooms, clean and tidy, and the family owning the apartments are sooo sooooo helpful. They make sure to enjoy our time with our kids. attention au bruit
Reviewed By r0r086Petit studio bien agencé, propre mais balcon petit avec vue latérale sur la mer. Possibilité d'utiliser le barbecue. A 3 minutes à pied d'une petite plage de galets. Dans cette petite localité, seuls sont à disposition : un minimarket à 2 minutes à pied, le restaurant de la plage (très moyen) et le restaurant de l'hôtel Lara. Les propriétaires disposent également d'un petit bar (peut dépanner mais les tarifs sont les mêmes qu'ailleurs). Avons été un peu indisposés par le bruit (de certains locataires, des propriétaires vivant sur place et parlant fort et fort tard, de la musique d'un hôtel situé à environ 700 m avec un volume au max, la musique ne s'arrêtant que vers 2 h du matin)
