Madhya Pradesh (MP; /ˈmʌdjə prəˈdɛʃ/ ( listen); meaning Central Province) is a state in central India. Its capital is Bhopal and the largest city is Indore with Jabalpur, Gwalior, and Ujjain being the other major cities. Konta is presently in Sukma district of Chattisgarh state.

Delicious food & lovely instructor (Rajini). We had the choice of participating or watching which was nice for everyone in the group. Some people wanted a more hands on experience and some preferred a demonstration. We learned how to cook several different dishes which I have been successful re-creating now that I am home! Rajni was great at providing instructions and answering our many questions. She provided western alternatives for some of the culinary tools they used that we do not have at home. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone! The recipes momentos you will have with you for life (:
