This was a great way to relieve our designated driver for a day and so glad we opted for this tour. A lovely little hike to see Pacaya Volcano close-up, we were the first party to ascend that day and glimpsed some lava. The views from the top were well worth it and taking El Arenal route on the descent was an adventure. After the hike, the Kawilal Spa was just the ticket! We even had the whole area to ourselves due to the pandemic, so all felt very safe. The smoothie and lunch there were also very delicious. Could have done with a tad more direction at times, but all part of the fun!

Avoid this company! I fell very ill the day of the tour. I was aware of the cancellation policy. I had a high fever, headache and was concerned about my exposure to Covid. I text the company and asked could I reschedule for next month since the tour was 100 US dollars. They were kind enough to agree. I picked up another Guatemala to do the tour. After many texts, they were happy to take me on the tour. Then I received a message asking me for more money. It would be 200 US dollars for a three hour tour. We had established I would be back and they seemed happy to make up for lost time. I wanted to be cautious due to Covid. I have gone on tours all over the world. India, Peru, Columbia, NYC and Rome to name a few. This seemed suspicious. Save your money.

Erwin was an absolutely fantastic tour guide! He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely has a passion for his city! He even recommended and joined us for an extremely delicious, traditional Guatemalan meal. We not only had a blast on our tour, but also gained a life long friend. I highly recommend taking a tour with Erwin.

It was an amazing trip to Lake Atitlan. Early in the morning, I was picked up from my hotel by a van with a tour guide who was very knowledgeable and kind. Once we arrived to the lake, we took a small boat to cross the lake to a small town. The lake, the volcanoes made an unforgettable view! The lake was still, and the reflection of the volcanoes made perfect Instagram pics. The tour guide offered me to take some pictures and videos, which I found very thoughtful. We toured San Juan la Laguna, a quaint town, and visited a chocolate, pottery, textile, and art shops. The tour guide was very flexible and adjusted the tour to my needs. Overall, it was a great day, a great tour. I strongly recommend the tour and the company.

Things we LOVED in no particular order: -Friendly, punctual, and safe drivers -They followed covid safety practices -Clean and sanitized vehicles -Our tours were private and fully customizable -Good mix of local culture with the lake towns, and nature activities (boating, kayaking & swimming). Literally something for everybody -Guides monitored our safety while doing different excursions -Great guides with good local food and shopping suggestions -They also took amazing pics of us with our personal devices -Definitely would do again!

Originally booked this same tour with Aviator/Trip Advisor and that was a disaster. It was nice to work with a company that was strait forward with pricing and with information. Shuttle to the airport was on time and pleasant. First day we arrived our trip had been moved to a future date by the airline without notifying us. Antigua tours made arrangements for us to go the next day and was apologetic for the confusion. We enjoyed the trip, the flight was great, the tour was exceptional. Would recommend this to anyone.
